Keep it….I love mine ……use it for checking my fence line every day….great to pull a trailer…reverse is planning ahead, using a hill if you got it lol

Nice! I picked one up, not anywhere as nice as this one!

I had one of these as a kid and loved it big time. After about 2 years, someone stole it from my yard when i was at work after i had just dumped $400 in new parts and dealer repairs into it. Thankfully my Dad got me a new Yamaha Warrior 350 soon after that went missing, I'm pretty sure we had homeowners that covered that robbery as our home was robbed too.

just recently picked up a 85 200e chain, some more videos on maintenance would be much appreciated

I would get rid of the HONDA AND KEEP THE YAHAMA 225 DX. I have a 225 DX just like the one you have. I have it 36 yes. Nothing has been replaced except the Oils. Great machine. Ride it every chance I get in the hills of WestVirginia. KEEP IT.

I’d really like to find a 225dx project like this - sellers are asking premium prices for trikes that are so far gone that may not even qualify as a parts bike

Can I ask you what you paid for it? I'm about to pick one up for 50 bucks that's been sitting out in a field for some time. I figured for $50, who cares what's wrong with it I will take a stab at it and if it is too far gone they can sit out in my field LOL
