Yes! Love Abigail! Yasuki is a great lyricist, the amount of material he's made with a limited number of topics is impressive. The splur with Barbatos is probably my favorite. The Barbatos split with Bludwulf is awesome too

Thank you so much jiub for bringing two awesome videos in a row for two of the in my honest Indian opinion best Japanese bands to india!🇮🇳back in highschool I bought a split 7inch vinyl ep with Abigail and hate kommand called street war metal kommand from Indian half price books. Maybe some day you could cover hate kommand. India doesn’t have metal, it’s sad here.

Cool to see someone talk about Descending from a Blackened Sky. Awesome little EP! I haven't gotten around to their other stuff yet, but I'm definitely going to after the snippets I heard in this video. I came across an obscure US black metal band called Stormbringer on the weekend. It seemed like one that'd be featured in one of your RFI episodes, but I figured I'd share it here in case you don't know them. They just have one album from 1999 called Abandon Hope and it's some really great aggressive melodic stuff. Gnarly vocals.

They usually play in Tokyo every few months. Yasuyuki is very active in the metal underground here. Unfortunately they mostly play the newer tracks.
