Rheem Water Heater Blower Pressure Switch Diagnosis and Replacement

I was getting this alarm and it's Easter long weekend. I blew out the air intake lines and everything is working great. Thank you so much! This video just saved us hundreds of dollars and a weekend without hot water. Hopefully it was just some polleny fluff floating around and the switch remains working.

Awesome video!! I had to swap my pressure switch because I was intermittently getting the same error. Weird thing is, when I installed the pressure switch and I turned on the controller, I no longer got the error, but the blower doesn’t automatically turn on anymore. I initially thought it wasn’t turning on at all, but I left it on for the day and I heard it kick on. Seems to be working fine. Do I have to be concerned that the blower doesn’t kick on when I hit the switch?

I can’t find the right switch MPL-9300-V-0.75-DEACT-N/O-VS-SPC. Do you think any 0.75 switch works as replacement?

Any idea what would cause the blower motor not to spin? I can hear it sending power but just a wine like it has resistance . The fan spins freely by hand.

These intellivent water heaters are crap. I've had one now for 11 years. Had to replace the valve twice. Pressure switch twice. Constant problems-hate them.

Mines the opposite says stayed closed longer than 5 sec tried resetting it after checking things and it does nothing but go back into limp mode the green light doesnt start flashing in getting stumped on this one I've managed every other time to get it going until now no videos on here on the pressure remaining closed the videos are all about it remaining open lol I need a new soon
