Are you sure about 200 mg per kilo per day? That might be the upper limit for a toxic level. It is recommended after the research that 200 mg twice a day is the safe limit. The safe upper limit is 600 mg per day.

If i had to pick one, Rhodiola or Saffron (Also MAOI-like and a supposed superstar of spices) which would likely be better for a guy prone to insomnia?
