His signature Gretsch Center Block Falcon in Black with the V stop tailpiece and 24.5 scale is just what I needed from Gretsch; a hard rocking bad ass.

What amp is the 8” Supro? Or is that unavailable too?

I found it on the Supro website. It’s a 1606 Super. 5 watts, 1 knob. Perfect for the 5watt world.

I have a small 15W and I love it. As much as I fantasize about having big stacks, I love small combo amps! Supro makes some really cool ones, hopefully I'll still own some.

It’s a simple fix. Just put a treble bleed cap on the pots, no biggie.

Or, just wire it like the 50s with no extra parts required. I do this to all my guitars. It makes it tied to the tone level a bit more and there are some who don't like that and go treble bleed, but I don't think many use the tone much.
