I was ultra picky growing up and I'm 6'3 i didn't eat any seafood, most meat (especially anything with bones in it) and i didn't eat most cheeses and i think you could count the vegetables i was eating with an hand.

It's all in the genes food doesn't give shit to body i mean not in a way that one can't skip meals or something. Iy depends on your lifestyle. For example an athlete need to have a proper and caloric diet accordingly but a manager or some other profession it's a different case

Does it work that way thou? I’m a picky eater too but not as picky as Hammond, and I grew to be 6’ while my parents are both pretty average

I am as picky an eater as Hammond and I prospered gastronomically in Japan. The country is full of noodle shops, and if you can get by on one meal every three or four days, the Kobe beef is beyond belief.

To be fair though, their Karage and Katsu are just the fecking best thing ever, best chicken I've tasted in my opinion.

I'm with you except for fish, most fish are ok, the rest of seafood is a different story : prawns & the likes are ok (crab ect), but squid & all the other sticky slimy rubbery stuff are a no-no for me, of course raw alive organs, whole heads of anything, insects and and cooked foetus are a fk no for most people, me included.

i think its genuinely a nice gesture and a show of respect that when visiting a foreign country, you at least try some of their cuisine you could politely decline, but looking disgusted and calling the food "shit" could well get you murdered in those countries

He punched someone over getting fucked about and disrespected by a person who cocked up repeatedly increased his work day by 4 hours, fucked off back to the hotel ate came back and dumped a shit option that didnt fix the issues that Clarkson had raised and then got mouthy with him about it. None of the people criticising him seem to have worked in TV and holy hell did that director deserve a thump.

Oh wow increased his work day by four hours, if my boss asked me to work four more hours I'd have no issue if it was needed and he is fair. Difference is Clarkson is probably on 100 times what I'm getting. So don't come out and tell me some dude deserved it because he made a guy who earns 100's of thousands a year at the minimum work four more hours and didnt get him a streak. The truth is most people in tv are pompous pricks, Jeremy considerably more than others which is why he is so popular.

@@sean5431 four hours on a shout that should have been 8 hours had then been extended to 12+ before that, in wet and cold conditions where pretty much the entire reason you are sat there is due to so.eone else fucking up and making poor decisions and that person then fucking off ending up able to change clothes, spend time in the warm, have an actual hot meal then comes back and gets mouthy with yoy and gives you a burst of shitty attitude and a cold samwich whilst condescending to you and implying you're in the wrong for being fucked off that you've spent the day in shirt and slacks on set getting cold wet and fucked about whilst he's had a chance to go sit somewhere warm get changed into dry and none sweated in all day clothes had a decent break and a hot meal. whilst you are living out of a suitcase for months at a time, starting your days at 430am and not getting back to the accommodation until well after dark because of people making poor decisions and fucking up is ROUTINE and a successful day is one where you only end up with a 14 not a 12hour day... This wasn't a one off boss asking you to work a couple of extra hours typr situation. Remember a lot of the stuff you take for granted, 9vertime, right to proper breaks, regularly scheduled breaks, mandated time out of work between shifts, not having your work day randomly extended at the whim of a boss. Minimum conditions of temperature for an indoor environment, legal minimums for break rooms 8f you are in outdoor conditions below or above certain temperatures DO NOT apply to filming and directors routinely treat cast members like shit. The money is good but that DOES NOT in any way excuse shitty management and not tak8ng care of your work crew. In terms of clarkson bei g a price the character is, his TV persona is a caricature. Working with him on set, in a professional environment is very different. Interesting also that you criticise clarks9n and claim mo ey means you can be treated like shit whilst utterly ignoring g the fact that director is going to have been making about as much as clarkson and utterly defending the idea someone calling the shots can treat someone like shit and you by getting paid a decent amount lose basic rights and expectations of respect. The BBC is utterly horrific in how it treats its on screen talent and runs on an attitude that you are disposable and don't matter. The only reason Clarks9n made a decent living out of Top Gear is he was involved in the merch side and had bought the assets for the reboot. If he was just on screen as a presenter he'd have been shit on. The BBC has for at least since the 80's had an attitude they don't have to pay comparable to the rest of the i dusty and can treat people like shit because working for the Beeb is so.ehow a badge of acceptability or that you have made it. Look ar the discussion by people like Harry Hill and similar. The BBC has a pretty toxic culture of zero accountability for its directors and management staff and the management staff treating the on screen and writer talent as disposable and something to be scraped off the managements boot and luckily in the Clarkson incident they got burned badly by it. Its a real shame they managed to force/pressure a sale and leverage various threats of legal action to do so as Clarkson Willman May and Hammond taking top gear away from the BBC would have been glorious and allowed for a decent discussion of the problems within the bbc.
