Richardson mother kills daughter's grandmother over custody, police say 

She just proved why she doesn’t have custody and never will.

Did all that and still not gonna get her daughter, sickening.

This demon murdered the person that loved her baby enough to raise her, because she was unfit to have her own child. This is so disgusting and heartbreaking. My sympathy to the family.

Some people are just wicked. How can a "mother" hurt her child like that? Now this baby will remember how her grandma died. Condolences to the family.

Absolutely pure evil. She didn’t kill the lady for custody or love of her child. She did it out of hatred. She did not have her child’s well-being in mind at all pure selfishness

Killed this loving and devoted grandmother, traumatized her own 3-year old daughter and for what? SMH. I believe she knew she would not get away with this but went ahead with this murder anyway, spitefully, viciously, in order to hurt the father and his side of the baby's family!

It’s sad because the grandmother, who was providing her with a safe and loving environment, was willing to meet the mother in a public place along with another adult - and still lost her life!

So mom thinks she'll get custody by murder. Now we know why she didn't have custody.

Very close to home here in Richardson. 🙁 Prayers sent to the grandmother's family. This is so awful. Especially... "The mother has a record of 20 previous charges, including robbery, assault, and theft. She has spent time in prison". WTF? If her butt was still behind bars, this wouldn't have happened. The only positive thing I can take away from this is the little girl has a loving family to return to. Hopefully that poor baby is too young to remember this when she gets older. 😥

You know this world is upside-down and screwed up when beautiful, decent people are suddenly losing their lives just for showing love, and support to others. The child's mom was straight unfit, and boy did she prove that.

So sad that she took this woman's life, there is no way she could've cared for this precious baby at all, she's too busy being a criminal. My Condolences for the family.

This is so sad that child lost the mother that birthed her and the mother that was trying to give her a better life. She robbed her child from the best possible life she could’ve had!

Wow! How selfish! If you are in and out of jail and prison, running the streets, etc. Why wouldn't you want your child to have a better life! You took this from your daughter! Someone who loved and cared for her. Not sure when someone will tell her what you did to her grandmother, but I know when she gets older, she will have questions about her mom, and will want to know where she is and to see her. You won't be able to stop her once she's old enough, even if you explain what happened. She is going to want to go visit her on her own and ask why and many other questions that she may have. I can see if you were a good mother and was outraged from losing custody, but murder is still not justified. You do it the right way and fight. But from hearing about your history, I guess you KNEW that you would never get her back and your daughter deserved way more than you could ever give her. This is soooo sad. The grandmother was a gorgeous woman too. Condolences to her family, and friends. I am so sick of seeing and hearing of bad news on social media, in the news, and everywhere. Dangit man!

The grandmother was beautiful! The shooter was a HATER! It’s almost as if you have to live in a bubble. No contact with any one. Prayers to the family and this poor baby girl that will have this trauma attached to her.

A 3 year old who sees a parent or grandparent murdered in front of their eyes rarely fully recovers. I have had experience with people in these catastrophes, and they are never quite right.

This is heartbreaking! she loved her granddaughter so much and this evil woman took her away from her and the rest of her family. May God comfort all of them in this time or mourning and grief.

It’s possible by her seeing her child with the grandparent, and both of them looking healthy and happy that it totally disturbed her. Also I think she only wanted her child back for benefits because she was having hard financial problems. With her level of criminality, she was looking for a way to get money.

So screw up the child's life and lose it, then screw it's life up even more by killing the guardian. What a trash human.

Never know what will push a person to this. I’ll hold my judgement, I do know a person can lose their mind over their child.

Did everything right all along, and even at the end had another person accompanying her and at a public place, and I'm sure to be kind to allow her to see her child smh this evil in this world is exhausting.

Nothing I say can express the sorrow I feel for this family or explain the magnitude of emotional damage this girl has just created for her daughter.
