Just want to drop a line from Portugal: Richie Campbell is the singer (all song), he is portuguese and yes he is white. BTW Loved your surprised faces. The video was shot in the place he grew up Bairro da Cruz Vermelha, surrounded by his friends and neighbours. There aren't paid dancers or actresses. Mates near him, are all stars in that neighbourhood. And his accent, it's part of his character. Enjoy the portuguese blend.
Hes an overall amazing artist. Hes got a great voice, he can give you straight RnB (amazing voice), rap, reggae and some afro music vibes, and he delivers on every single end. Great artist.
I am Portuguese and this is one of the my best Portuguese song... Thank you for react to this song... Hugs from a Portuguese follower Édi Pereira 🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹
Richie is indeed very versatile and an amazing artist. He is very pationate about what he does and he is very respectful and creative! Thank you for reacting. And I agree, the girl is sick, she is amazing!!!

Man I love Richie Campbell and I was shocked too when I found out that he was a portuguese native speaker and white xD. Guys please, react to IZA - GINGA and Pesadão she is an incredible brazilian singer (an african Queen). 🇧🇷
Portugal has a strong mix with African culture. Loads of good music with Portuguese mixed with African influence! Check Sara Tavares, Ana Moura with "andorinha", kuduro, carlao, buraka som systema, dj stereossauro... Uff.. It's so many!! Peace! ✌️
You guys should go and check his other sounds !! He's MAD SICK! Portuguese on fire ! The guy with the broken foot you mentioned, is also a portuguese ARTIST by the name of PLUTONIO. He only does songs in portuguese but check him out too: 3AM, Não vales nada. Crazy flow
Just so you know the little girl in pink pants is the daughter of Plutónio, an artist from Portugal aswell, you've listened to the song Rain that he is in aswell. Also belongs to Bridgetown and he is the guy in the crutches in the video ;) Just a cool fact.
this comment must be a bit old for this video and I dont know if you already know by now but Richie Campbell lived in Jamaica if Im not wrong, makes it alot easier to sing for him, but yeah, we listen alot diffrent styles of african music, love it. Btw I enjoyed the way you rated, its a diffrent way to make a reaction, actually made it much more intresting than the usual reactions by making your point of view. Thumbs up !
Wow, im impressed how you guys responded to Lisbon Portugal music. Infact, he used to do different kind of sounds...throught reggea kind of sound and experimenting throught out. Cool. From Lisbon
Nice that you've liked the video. As you can see by the other comments you should definitely give it a try on others richie's songs. And also, check other singers from richie's label, BRIDGETOWN. You can go for Mishlawi as he also sings in english. But you have others too.
Thanks guys for making us discovering african artists from all over the world, especially from Europe!! I'm obsessed with this song, and the creativity! Sending you good vibes from belgium 😉 and can y'all react to a burundian/rwandan song named indoro from charly and nina, for my people from the east and central africa y'all😉 see ya👋🏾
Richie is a Portuguese artist but he use to live in Jamaica. Why is singer Skillz been a mix a great artist one of the best if not the first Reggae singer from Portugal
One where Richie is on is on Nelson Freitas' song that was a huge hit in Portugal, at least for the people that like these kind of music, which is "Nelson Freitas - Break of dawn ft. Richie Campbell". I have a thing for this song. I hope you can listen and review it someday. Although it's from 2016, but the video clip and the music it's worth it. You should check it out.
Hi Ubunifu fam. Thank you for reacting to this banger. Please also check "Push though the pain" by Cassper Nyovest. The video just came out about a week ago. Its an emotional, yet inspiring video and things that some women go throught and how they push though the pain to make it. The song insipires everyone to not give up no matter how hard. The visuals are well thought and put together. Please bring a tissue at the end...lol. Thanks in advance
