Where i used to work, the chef in the canteen made the most amazing coleslaw. He was greek i think. Maybe he used yoghurt instead of mayo or something, i dunno, but anyway it was so good it was like the highlight of the meal. Oh and chocolate over vanilla, of course. Good to see Esther laughing and happier again.
