Well if ricky is the boss, than what kind of crack was Ricky on to hire the prick known as bossman...complete opposite to his ideal manager of the staff....gives no f's about lower emplyees consideration for time off, tries to force more time on them despite the schedule, tries to draft them into overtime, doesn't give out proper raises in there pay nor any paid vacations when warranted. The bossman is the opposite of a proper employee manager and his ass should be fired toot suite.

@@sloth7ds well consider this....Over all the videos, Bossman has done the following things, first draft overtime on ricky, 2 denied him paid vacation, 3 took the others side despite the fact that the few times he had logical sense of certain situations, he wrote him off as an idiot. Next he belittled him, denied him any advancement in the job or raises and overworked him like some mule. and lastly when he needed paid sick leave, he denied him considering he was sick. So yeah when he decided to address these issues once more, his idea to fix his problems was not a raise, nor a paid vacation to let him decompress and destress, His idea of fixing the situation is a damn pizza party, So yeah bossman deserves many beat downs for the shit he put ricky through. Yes ricky is an idiot on alot of things yes and does deserve punishment of his own, but denying him advancement or paid vacation or scheduled rent breaks so many laws of the work force commission laws. So yeah he will be lucky if he only goes to the hospital for a few broken bones....If I was ricky and this shit happened, I would have his ass in ICU period.

I once had a boss say that he was going to throw us all, and before he could finish he sentence I spoke up, "If the words 'pizza party' leaves your lips, I'm tossing you into the nearest large body of water." which just so happened to be the waste treatment lagoon. The words didn't get said and he walked away. The fact that everyone else was just giving him the death stare helped me not get fired LMAO
Big boss at my job wanted something done that wasn't possible because he refuses to allow us to hire more people. My boss told him that we'll need over time then. Big boss said no. My boss told him that if OT wasn't approved and we can't hire more people, then we all need raises. Big boss was offended that my boss would suggest that and that they needed to work together to discover an incentive for us to do all of the extra work that he wanted done. My boss said money. Big boss was now mad because "why is it all about "money" to him when it came to incentives". My boss responded with that he was not in the business to rob children of their parents and that if his department have to miss time with their families, then the least the company can do is pay everyone extra. Big boss suggested a pizza party. My boss told him that was a giant kick in the balls and then sent us all home for the day when it came to shift change
Almost forgot about chicken nugget weekend at the jail. Ricky, go ahead throw hands, head down to the lockup. Get some rest, eat some nuggets instead of noodles. You'll save money cause you won't get out until Monday. By then everyone will be glad to have an experience hand back at work. And charges will be dropped. If I remember correctly, Ricky is one of, if not the, highest paid workers on-site. I believe the vast majority of his money goes to child support before he even sees it. Bad decisions lead to bad consequences, Ricky. Have a slice of pizza.
When I was in middle management I was forced to do mandatory meals. I always went to Panda Express for the crew. Hey, this is a shit show and we all know it, but I got everyone all the eggrolls damnit! All the eggrolls! So glad I’m out of the workforce.
I had to stop the video. I saw the build up of shop lunch coming 9 miles away. It was either tacos, pizza, or BBQ. Every manager thinks that lifts spirits, but it only works for an hour. We gonna be mad about the same shit once we drop a grumpy.

Truth: My wife's work gave her a party and a 200 dollar bonus for 2023. She works 3 days a week and a extra day or 2 a month most months. The bonus and her share of the part would equal about an 18 cent raise. I would rather she get the raise rather than the company pretend to care. I am pretty sure that the 200 dollar bonus is just added on to her pay. Since she is paid monthly and does not really get a pay stub I have no clue if that bonus is added or not. Pizza parties suck, well they went to a local Mexican place. This was just last week too, 6 months late for a xmas party.
Last time my company offered a pizza party, after nearly tripling profits from the year before and us keeping that same pace, I told them keep their fucking dominos and walked out.
As a bonus we are going to order double the amount of garlic butter dipping sauce that we got in the past. That's right, we will be getting 2 containers of garlic butter dipping sauce instead of 1. All that garlic butter dipping sauce is going to make you thirsty so be sure to bring something to drink, Coca-Cola was not in the budget this year. And if you bring something to drink other than water be sure to bring enough for everybody because sharing is caring.
