Might get up there in the fall this year to do their special railfan trip, which is even longer than the 5-hour Mountaineer.

Great video as always. Also nice you got on when #1751 was running the trains. I believe they are painting it Reverse Yellowbird (a color swap of #252/#216), so it will be nice to see it match with the Maine Central theme of the railroad.

In the summer can you do the White Mountain Central Railroad at Clark's Bears in Lincoln New Hampshire?

You mentioned the conductor moved you for better views. Can you explain which side is that. We are planning a trip in the fall, and it looks like we have to book a seat. Trying to figure out the best side and the cars have those nice seats.

Hey there! I would recommend calling to book if you want to be on the best side. If the are going to Conway or Sawyer River you should ask to sit on the side of the train facing away from the station. If you are going on the Mountaineer I would suggest being on the side of the train facing toward the station. Hope this helps. 😁👍
