Omg THANK YOU for this! When I was young, in college, and stressed about life MST3K was my comfort show. It and rifftrax still work for that to this day!
@@averymasters you're talking about Rifftrax "FRIENDS" for $5.99 per month, yeah? Plus, we can help keep them going If whoever can afford to buy their videos. Me and my grown kiddos are looking forward to Point Break!
I have spent the last 25 (or more) years watching these guys, from the early mst3k. The first one i saw was the movie (this island earth) and remember when i found out it was a tv show with a whole lot of episodes, i was elated. It was a dream come true. That was back in the 90s somewhere. Still love them to this day.
8:41:40 - HA! I never noticed this before, but check it out. Both Samurai Cop and the Souptaper are facing off from the exact same spot, just as slightly different angles. lol
Everyone in Samurai Cop needs to learn how to say "motherfucker." When any character said it it was like watching Rod from Bridemic walk - it just wasn't how humans do it.
thanks for keeping a piece ov shit like me company. i used to mock bad movies as a kid. never had friends to do it with me. glad to see you all grew old doing what I wish I could. made money. made friends. had a blast. thanks for letting me live vicariously.
8:49:01- a throwback to the Sonny & Cher show, it was the last line Cher would sing on top of the piano b4 the skit followed. Good show & jolly good show, Mary Jo & Bridget!!!
00:15 Dinosaurus 1:28:55 Attack From Space 3:15:36 Rifftrax Live: Carnival of Souls 5:26:52 Pressure Point 7:15:48 Samurai Cop 9:21:28 Roller Gator those are all of the full length movies riffed.
Helluva fun! Will you review the Nepali Jungle Love movie next? It’s a jungle film from Nepal which ripped off a Bollywood adult Mockbuster also called Jungle Love. Both are based unofficially on the Tarzan inspired Brooba movie, itself spun off from a book series named BaRuuba no Bōken by Yoshimasa Ikeda.
This response is the statistically required wtf reference comparing someone to the former leader of the third Reich in accordance with the rules of the RU-vid comment section.
Yet another response to feed the insatiable hunger of Our Lord AlgorithmBot. Furthermore: invoking of Rule 34 while sexually objectifying a female celebrity knocks down two more inevitable clichés, so... how bout dem titties on Vampira in the intro cartoon?
Pressure Point's creator/lead is pretty delusional about being a macho action hero star. However, not Breen or Nguyen delusional because the movie is actually watchable. "Despite our huge attractiveness gap." ROTFL!!!
I’ve been trying to watch these interesting shorts and movies but I keep hearing strange voices on top of the soundtrack making humorous comments and dropping obscure references… and it’s pretty darn distracting😳 this must be some weird fad the kids are into today (like wearing an onion on your belt)
Dinosaurus! - Clearly a movie made by someone who, in childhood, used to make his toy trucks and toy dinosaurs fight each other. Just Awful - The short that writes in own review! Attack from Space - And by "space", we mean "Japan", and by "attack", we mean "a movie even worse than Invasion of the Neptune Men" Harry the Dirty Dog - Yet another example of "the book was better than the movie." Six Murderous Beliefs - Not in time to prevent this short from being made. The Dirt-Witch Cleans Up - Named after the 18th century Earl of Dirtwich. Masks of Grass - An arts & crafts project no one has ever wanted to do. Carnival of Souls - The movie that dares to ask the question, Can a movie be so boring that it's scary? And answers it with a tired sigh and a "no." A Day with Fireman Bill - Learn how to deal with dirty hose. Girls are Better than Ever - But only if they do what this short tells them to do. Pressure Point - I think the best name for this genre is "Spy Er" - that's a "Spy Thriller" but with the "thrill" removed. En Garde, Bunco! - Learn how to protect yourselves from the kind of scams that crooks used to pull prior to the invention of computers. Samurai Cop - Almost tries to be a porn movie, but all they achieve is that quality of acting and production value. My Mother was Never a Kid - But was she a car? Roller Gator - Soundtrack available in Hell! Setting Up a Room - Seems like a masterpiece of a short, after watching Roller Gator. Flash the Smile - In which we learn to take care of our teeth, but never wear a bike helmet, so that if we get hit by a car and faceplant into the concrete, all of out knocked-out teeth will be gleaming white!
This was pretty good except for that almost 20 minute rant they went on about the black community and how much crime they commit. I mean I get that it's comedy but to just start throwing around N bombs like that is just wrong.
