I'm back to Bomberman 64! This was suggested to me and I hit a roadblock on a different project, so I shelved it for a bit and started this instead. On that note, I can't seem to find any remix of any of Sirius' themes on the internet. How could there be Altair remixes but no Sirius?! They were similar themes, so it seemed nice to have them transition between each other in a small remix.
Also, it was really hard finding a sound profile I was satisfied with for the first section of the medley. I feel it'll do, but music is tough, phew!
My VST repertoire continues to grow, with use of Arturia Augmented Series VSTs debuting alongside the usual Impact Soundworks' Shreddage, Super Audio Cart, plus our lovely Korg M1 Legacy.

Based! Most of my usernames back in the early 2000s were based on Altair, and Sirius-- huuuuuu. I love that guy. Nice to see you're as, based as ever.

Awesome remix, I'm always asking around for more BM64 remixes because there just ain't enough. Underrated game and soundtrack. With that said, I always found the contrast between Altair and Sirius interesting. Altair is dark and relies on a technologically superior super fortress and weapons. Meanwhile there's Sirius who is clothed in light, who is apparently even more evil and powerful, inhabiting this floating natural paradise. In any case, thanks for the music. Your other remixes are pretty good too.

Yeah, I enjoy the contrast, visually and identity wise, about the two! It made the reveal pretty dang cool to kid me at the time as well, even though I personally didn't survive the final world's mid boss when I was young, haha. And thanks! I am glad to have brought the end of the drought to Sirius related music remixes, haha.

Thanks so much for the compliment! The N64 era of Bomberman in general is one that's really ingrained into my soul, but this game in particular is one I played for hours on end. I'm always glad to see other people appreciate these games even after all these years!

Aww, thank you! I really wish I had more time on my hands to make music just a wee bit faster than I do, as I keep Bomberman on the mind fairly often. I definitely want to revisit B64 or do something from Second Attack down the line!

The small collection of voice samples from B64 are sounds I'll never be able to get out of my head! Who knew such a simple addition would make such an impact on my childhood.
