RIGID Toolbox Side Cases for 2022 KLR 650 Adventure Model 

Correction: in the video, I said my screws were 10mm. They are actually 8mm hex-head screws.

For those of us that don't have a mill; I've repurposed Amazon handle bar mounts for similar projects. Look around for whatever they sell for mounting things to your bars and you'll find something that could easily be adapted to projects like this. Upgrade the hardware to good stainless from your local hardware store. I don't trust the threads to hold much so I through drill and use backing nuts Get creative and you can do a lot of things with basic hand tools, don't let a lack of expensive equipment hold you back

To address the thumping handle you could wrap a fair amount of cordage from one handle around the back to the other handle. It would stop the thumping and give you quick access to extra cordage (a lot!) without taking up any space inside the panniers.

You could sell the quick release brackets
