Thanks Steve. Key is to have the rim surface contaminant free. Everything we use in the kits is 3M, so as long as the wheel is clean, dry and free of silicone you'll be fine. If they ever won't bond the problem 99% of the time is silicone overspray from tyre shine. We do sell a tyre shine/silicone remover to overcome this.
We had independent tests carried out by Millbrook testing centre on our main Rimblades product, but in essence these put a sacrificial barrier between the wheel & kerb. They work well, but within reason.
