My bro is strong, I can see it in his legs and arms. Big ups on this run, not only the know how but also the technical and physical demands, its a refreshing sight seeing someone working hard for a speedrun.

This is a PSA for Americans who seem to be OBSESSED with hydration: You don't need to drink water 8 minutes into your workout! Yes, -hydrating- drinking water during longer workouts is a good thing to do, but generally your body will just tell you, when you're, you know... thirsty.
