You can order from their site. I am in Australia and I ordered a kit from ebay (it was a bit less expensive and took 6 weeks to arrive) it arrived today and came from Russia and is gorgeous.
Thanks Michelle for making this happen. I'm super excited. For Christmas I received the Basset Hound Riolis kit so I will be doing that one for the stitch along. And thanks for all the tips and tutorials. I didn't even know about gridding until I heard you mention it.
It looks like 123stitch actually carries the Riolis floss blend, so even if something ruined the thread in your kit, you could buy more. Only like $0.55 for 20 meters of their thread!
I have one kit, it is the window sill one with the books! It’s so beautiful! I started a tiny portion on the top left corner. Maybe a sal is just what I needed to start working on it. The thread does take some time to get use to, but love how are the colors are separated.
I just finished a Riolis kit and I actually did run out of threads. Since they were Anchor I figured I could match them. I emailed the company to ask for the color numbers so I could order it and they very kindly sent me lots of threads. I did enjoy the stitching. It was a motorcycle that I did as a gift for a family member.
Thank you so much for this video...I have 1 Riolis kit and was nervous about starting it,so I haven't. Now im not so nervous or worried about the threads running out or breaking or not stitching up pretty. Your work is beautiful!! Enjoy your weekend and happy stitching 😊
I LOVE the hedgehog design! I’ve seen it in the Stitchery catalog but yours look so great stitched up! I’m really loving these Russian cross stitch companies. You have quite a nice variety of kits.
Those hedgehogs are one of my favorite things to have stitched (even if all of that brown confetti stitching made me nuts while I was doing it) Did you see that Riolis just released twenty new kits? Some of them are absolutely gorgeous!
I'm working on my first riolis kit, it's called Christmas napkin. I figured I would try different kits to see what I like the best. I'm enjoying this kit and I'm expecting more to come. I got bunnies, and a red panda. I'm waiting for a fox and owl
I haven't counted my stash of kits lately, but there are definitely a lot of them. I figure whatever doesn't get stitched in my lifetime will make someone else happy.
I have the peacock one. Oh my it is hard to read. I was expecting stamped cross stitch. But as hard as it is, I absolutely love the pattern. My first counted cross stitch
I change plans constantly. I figure as long as I'm getting things done and my new plans include what I've already got in my stash, there's no harm done. Let me know which one you wind up starting!
OK Michelle, I blame you lol. Just ordered three kits adding up to half of my weeks wages. I know one won't get here in time but the others I'll join in the SAL 😆. Take care x
Michelle, I am a new subscriber and fellow flosstuber! What a delightful video; your Riolis kits are amazing!!! I am late to the party but would like to join the SAL and will be pulling out my basket of apples and my hedgehogs!!
I have the Neuschwanstein Castle started already. I can jump in with that. I also have the Hot Air Balloon, but I'm not ready to start it yet. I love these kits as well & I hope to be able to get Underwater Kingdom eventually.
I just ordered my first Riolis kit “Summer Abundance”! I checked with my Hoppy Lobby and they only had two Riolis kits left. I remember them having more in the past. Maybe they are discontinuing them at all their stores.
That one's been on my own wish list. It looks like it will be fun to stitch. If they aren't going to keep carrying Riolis I'm hoping that Hobby Lobby will at least get more Dimensions kits.
Romantic Tangle I did not pay attention when I ordered the kit but it uses 10 count Aida. I have never stitched with that size before and I wonder how the finished picture will look.
What an awesome video! I'm so glad that I've finally found someone as enthusiastic about Riolis kits as I am :D I am generally mad about Russian/Ukranian kits but Riolis kits are my favourite so far. I've got a few different Riolis projects on the go and I will definitely use the SAL hashtag on Instagram (my username is yasmineyarafou). I've made a group on Facebook called Riolis Cross Stitch - please do join! I can't wait for your next videos!
As I have seen many of your videos that I like very much, can you tell me if I can wash a finished riolis kit that uses the acrylic yarn .At the moment I am doing Mother and child Klimt design.Thank you 💐
