Yay! Been waiting patently for a cross stitch update. Haven't seen a kit where you dont split the threads before so found that interesting. Can't wait for your next update. Thank you for sharing x

Thank you for sharing this! I've never stitched a Riolis kit before, but am super impressed with how large and clear the chart is....as well as how organized the threads and directions are. The tote is a nice touch as well...looking forward to seeing more of your progress on this piece.

I swear you are the only one that ACTUALLY explained the legend properly, like it's short and clear. others go on for about 10 minutes and it becomes super annoying

I love cross stitching. I don't use the exact same methods as you for everything but I enjoy your videos. Nice work. Your cat was adorable too and made me smile. I take good care to keep my threads away from my cat 😊

Thanks so much for the thoroughness! Since I started stitching I’ve only done kits by 1 brand & Riolis has a whole different way of symbols & organising, I was too scared to venture out into it but this really got me excited to try it soon!

Have you tried any HAED ..if so there is an app called Pattern Keeper that is super fun and helpful, whereas you won't even need the paper chart...I love it

This is going to be beautiful. Some helpful tips. You may want to finish your edges so they don’t fray on your fabric. Roll up the left side of your fabric so you can stitch close to your working hand. Maybe learn how to sew in hand therefore working from the front at all times. Faster and more efficient. Lots of tutorials on YT on how to do the sewing method. Since your fabric is a big piece this may be helpful. Of course that’s all up to you. 😀. Keep sharing your progress. Thanks for sharing

Never thought to end like that might try that too usually I would run it through maybe 3 in back and snip it a little leaving small tail

Girl, you need some Q snaps to frame this while you are working...I would be so frustrated with holding this size of fabric while stitching.

Cerrone Samuel I’m trying to stitch keeping in mind that I will always get vertical stitches in the back. Sometimes this means going all over the place not simply left to right up or down.
