Mangalore recipe | mango curry | ripe mango
Ingredients:
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Mango slices - 1 medium size mango
Jaggery - 2 tbsp (more or less depending on your choice)
Dry red chillies - ½ or 1 (depending on your spice level)
Mustard - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Method:
1. To a blender transfer all the above ingredients and add water.
2. Blend smooth.
Tempering:
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Curry leaves - a little
Dry red chillies - 1 (optional)
Method:
1. Add the above tempering to the blended mixture and serve.
2. This can be eaten for idli, dosa or rice.
