Ripped Off by an Ex 

The plaintiff says she knew the defendant when they were young, and they started dating when they later reconnected. She alleges she discovered he was selling heroin even though he’s a recovering addict. She’s suing him and his sister for stolen money. The defendant insists he’s clean. He and his sister are countersuing for defamation and harassment.
