Ah thank you and you are welcome! Yeah the riso is that special case where you need to tell the printer exactly what to print, so the more one can take care of the set-up ahead of time, the more efficient it becomes to get the results that you want (unless you are using it for experimentation)!

Please try doing a search in the Applications section. I've experienced before that it doesn't show up unless you search "Distiller" specifically. Hope it pops up!
There is NO functionality difference between CS6 and CC. CC was created to stop people like me from torrenting their software. However, as I possess a corporate Master Edition of CS6, I don't have to worry. Adobe can keep CC.
I've had a number of people emailing me to tell me they didn't have the print to PDF option in Indesign so that's why I chose to do a tutorial based on not having it (although I myself have always had the option because I had the pro version of Adobe PDF). It's possible that the option became available in Indesign versions after the one I used in the video. Thanks for pointing out!
