AJ, he was wearing the glasses, has the most soulful voice and is the best singer in my opinion. Nick is the blonde and he drew all of the artwork that was hanging on the walls in the room he was in. They are all talented in so many ways. Love them.
I mean when it comes to singing, you base it on strength and power of vocals and skills required to kill it. AJ does have a soulful tone but he is not the best singer. Objectively Nick is the best singer in the band by a long shot right now live and studio. He has really powerful and controlled vocals. And please watch Masked Singer performances of his.
@@Izaan2810 Absloute rubbish, Aj and Brian (when he was younger) are by far the strongest vocalists in the group, with Aj having the most distinctive voice, not just in Bsb but of all pop boy bands ever imo.
FUN FACT: The girl w/ Brian (holding the chihuahua) actually went on to become his wife irl. They are still married today and have a teenage son who is also a singer. His name is Baylee Littrell and you should really check out his song Don't Knock It.
THIS! lmao it's like I can't unhear AJ in nearly every song because his voice is so distinctive and soulful and has that perfect rasp to it. I don't know what they'd sound like without his voice honestly.
AJ put his entire soul into this song. His voice is just simply unparalleled by really anyone else I've heard. He gave that old school nineties R&B for sure. All that stress he put into those vocals. Homeboy went all the way off.
This is my favorite BSB song. Second place to All I have to give. Back in the 90s i wasn't even into boy bands, ( i listened to metal, hip hop, and all the alternative music and rock from the uk and germany) but as i grew older (like , in my 20s xD) i really started to listen and appreciate the Backstreet Boys. They are the best boy band, period.

I’m an NSYNC gal but I absolutely love this song. Millennium is one of my favorite albums. I’m actually really glad that these groups are getting recognition and they’re still known today. PS: my friend was obsessed with Nick carter and had so many tiger best pics of him in her locker 😭

You're right, the songwriter Eugene Wilde is an R&B artist who had moderate success in the 80s. You probably know his hit Gotta Get You Home Tonight, it's been sampled quite a bit, including by rapper Foxy Brown.
A.J. is the one you said that you never really appreciated his voice before, that you really felt what he was singing. Lol. Great reaction! My favorite BSB song is probably As long as you love me and the video is really cool. When you're done with their "classic" I hope you'll give their more recent songs a chance, they're still really good even though their genre has matured and changed a lot.
If you REALLY wanna hear their R&B side check out Lay Down Beside Me. AJ is lead on that one and truly shows off his pipes in that one! I think it was the "B" side of Quit Playing Games With My Heart if I'm not mistaken.
