Hello everyone Today we will cook pork with apples in dry red wine. The recipe is simple and quick, but the pork turns out very juicy and delicious.
To prepare this dish (for one serving), we will need: 300 grams of pork with fat, dry red wine about 200 ml, 3 apples, Svan salt, paprika and ground red pepper.
Wash the pork floor with water (I did it behind the scenes), then cut off the excess fat, but not all of it. We beat off and make holes, put them in a bowl and pour wine. Add spices and chopped apples. We put it on a slow fire for 10-15 minutes. We put a load on top of apples and pork.
After that, we put our pork in a preheated frying pan and fry it in sunflower oil or olive oil, again with a load on top. On each side, you need to fry for 5-7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the piece. I ate this meat with sauerkraut and salted garlic and tomato. Very tasty! Bon Appetit to everyone!
