Love your videos! I took my copy of Woman Warrior to my local office supply store and had them add the spiral binding. I do that for all my cookbooks and it is not very expensive at all!

Roasting veggies is my secret to becoming healthier. I put them over a grain (quinoa usually), and then drizzle with a homemade dressing. My favorite is your Thai peanut sauce, but I also make a lime cilantro dressing and a killer Tahini dressing that is bowl-licking good. Sometime I add pickled red onions in or toasted hazelnuts or Momofuko chili crunch to make it even yummier!

I would def go for the broccoli first! But it’s a missed opportunity if you don’t include the stem. If it’s woody cut the outer layer off. The stalk is literally the sweetest part of the broccoli. So good!

I love a grain bowl and think these would make a fabulous topping. And yes Cauliflower is #1 for me. I think it roasts beautifully.

Purchased all your cookbooks- not spiral AND spiral.
