Very interesting on the channel idea, especially to a serially distracted host like myself that can't see staying interested in a single topic for 300 episodes, but also doesn't want to frustrate listeners. I presume that podcast platforms haven't adapted to this kind of distribution yet, and it would require separate steps in Apple? Or would this just be a matter of directing one RSS from transistor to Show 1, then another to Show 2?

Yeah, so you are still technically creating two distinct shows in Transistor... which will show up as two totally separate shows on every other podcast app... except in Apply Podcasts where you can group them under a channel. It would be great to one day be able to do this on every platform, but I don't know that it's technically possible within an RSS feed alone.
