It would be nice for you to tell us how many cycles we could get out of a tankful. That way we could see how our system health was if we aren't getting as many as we should?
Tim, This question comes up from time to time. Unfortunately, that is a tough question to answer as this is determined by the size of the air cylinder being used and number of air cylinders (i.e. mains only, mains and a nose, mains and a tail, gear doors, etc). Each plane is different, so we can not answer this in a general comment. My recommendation is to watch your PSI during your bench testing and that will give you the information you need. Sorry to be so vague.
