@@benwasserman8223 I was just expecting them to get some impressionist; given how they did Palpatine, I wasn’t expecting the celebrity and actual voice to be here.
@@hankflitz7409 They've been reprising these roles for Seth Green ever since he starred in the second Scooby Doo movie with them. Pretty dope, if you ask me. 👍
No one gonna talk about how that was daphne's glow up in the first live action movie, she was tired of being a damsel in distress, so she learned karate.
Pretty sure that one movie forever changed how Daphne got portrayed in the cartoons and stuff. Kinda hard to go back to Damsel in Distress when you get Buffy the Badass to play you in a movie.
In the live Scooby-Doo movie Daphne was behaving like a spoiled brat even though she was pretty I can't believe they made Scooby-Doo's nephew Scrappy Doo evil
@@ryanschmidt58 It happens a lot. Whenever someone in the Gang gets captured, it's always Daphne. Never Freddy or Velma or Shaggy and Scoob, always Daphne. "Kidnapping Daphne Blake" has its own Wikipedia page.
I love that Velma's only flaw are her glasses. A quick fix and she's good to go. As for Freddy like other people I chose to believe that he's the perfect friend after he dealt with his narcissistic love for himself. He was the reason the gang broke up in the movie. He couldn't give credit where it was due.
@Fire Striker: It's highly likely, since many of these actors know each other from other projects. Not only were they all in the Scooby Doo 2 movie, but Seth Green used to play a recurring character on Buffy, where he first met Sarah Michelle Gellar. Sarah is married to her Scooby Doo co-star Freddie Prinze Jr. Matthew Lillard and Sarah have both been in the Scream movies.
But Shaggy and Scooby had to share a letter, they could've at least let Fred have one too. Why'd they even have him on the show and then cut to him waiting for his letter if he didn't count?
I have agree because when the team broke up in the first live action movie all she did was take a lot of karate classes that all she needed and it was because they called her damsel in distress.
That ending where daphne just interrupts Fred, pushes Velma to the side and beats up everyone and rips the head off made be cry of laughter. I laughed to the pint I couldn’t even make a sound
“Dear Velma, like for the first few years since I met you, I thought you were a house cat!” “Dear Fred...’GET OUT’, maannn!” “Dear Daphne....” (there’s just spit on the paper)
@@jayjay86443 Except his argument was that Shaggy and Scooby received one letter addressed to both of them. If there was supposed to be 4 letters written (they only said "4 friends"), Fred should've made the cut. Scooby also didn't even write a letter, while it's implied Fred did.
@@urphakeandgey6308 there was a comment that mentioned that it's implied Velma and Daphne wrote their letters to each other, by that logic Fred must've wrote his to Shaggy and Scooby, so where did the letter from Shaggy to Fred go? I get the feeling the people doing the show were the ones who had a problem with Fred, so they set all this up.
Daphne was serious about her turn around tho, give the girl some respect for that. Velma, they said contacts. Thick ol birth control goggles and she can't even read the letter...
What’s even more funny is that I’m pretty sure Daphne’s letter was from Velma, Velma’s letter was from Shaggy (Since it was simple), and Shaggy’s letter was from Daphne lol
Voice talents of FREDDIE PRINZE, Jr. as Fred Jones SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR as Daphne "Cobra Kai" Blake LINDA CARDELLINI as Velma Dinkley and MATTHEW LILLARD as Shaggy and Scooby-Doo
This is so accurate. With the exception of Fred being the fifth wheel. I'd argue Daphne's the fifth wheel.. Sure, Daphne's saved quite alot, but she's tough and has fought before. Then there's the fact that all the others have roles there (Scooby and Shaggy get chased while eventually luring the person into the trap, Fred sets up said trap and Velma figures out the mystery and the why), Daphne's role.......🤷♂️
I think Daphne's role is the voice of reason, she's the member that everyone talks to if they need to. In many ways she keeps the group together because she has close and special friendships with all of them.
They did choose Daphne to be in 13 ghosts and not Fred or Velma. There's probably something in the idea that she's the glue that holds them together. Although seeing Velma apply her logic and reasoning to the whackiness of 13 ghosts could have been fun and Freddy setting traps for actual ghosts would have been a novelty at the time.
Trust me. You need to kick that habit. It led me to developing candida- or to put it more gruesomely, _bloodyeast._ It made drinking water, physically, feel like downing a glass of sand, and only made me thirstier. Only sugar quenched me whatsoever. I gained alarming weight and itched all over, from head to toe- from anything as simple as sitting up too quickly, to walking up the stairs briskly, to letting out an _angry, frustrated grunt over something._ I used to go to sleep with claw marks from trying to make it stop. It even caused me to develop brain fog. I had to go on a massively harsh ketogenic diet, and I've practically sworn off soda for the rest of my life. Be prepared for a month to a month and a half of hell.
I was like “4 best friends??? Not them forgetting about scooby 🥺” *TIME IT WAS FREDDIE WHO WAS LEFT OUT AHAHAHAHAHAAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣*
