I have the red 5th elements in a us9 and my foot is wide and I feel the support is great. And I like the extra weight because it helps me balance on grinds that's just my opinion as I just started skating again

Just got these skates in the mail yesterday and yes set them up with the new GC metal frames and let us know how they are cause sola frames are expensive lol

Hey man..... I dig your channel..... I’m thinking about getting back into some light aggressive skating (some small jumps and basic grinds [my favorites being soul/royal/unity/backslide/topside soul]). I still inline skate often, but it’s more urban/recreational style instead of rails and airs..... I first started inline skating in 1992 and got my first pair of aggressive skates in 1996 (Tarmac CEs). I loved those skates and want to find a contemporary skate that is more like that. I had the chance to try a pair of fifth element skates from the early 2000s (I think the model was from 2003?), but found them too heavy and the frame too low. Any advice for finding a decent pair of aggressive skates around the $200 range (US)?

SICKEST ROCES EVER MADE FACT!!

I'm a usually a Size US 12 and didn't buy the 5th's originally because I didn't think they came in my size since the largest size was 10.5. I later saw a sizing chart comparison between the m12 and the 5ths. A size 10.5 5th Element is actually a little bigger than a size 12 m12. So I got them. I really like the 5th Elements. Though, I need to put a tiny heel raise in there some how to help pull my toe back so I don't jam it constantly. The intuition liners allow that to work easily with the attachable shock absorber. I did ride them stock pre-liner exchange and really loved them. The toe jam was bearable for maybe a session or two, but it wouldn't be good ongoing. I really like the old valo soul plates so that made me feel at home, and the skate as a whole was amazing stock. Also about the wheels. I completely agree, they seemed slower, but I'm not sure of the stock bearings have anything to do with that. Wheels definitely can be slower as I have the White GoProject wheels and omg... I literally can't do anything in them because they just absorb and stick to the ground. It's like rolling against duct tape, glue, velcro or something.

amazing to channel yo I'm getting in to aggressive skating after 10years what do I go with I'm been looking at the ROCES 5th element and the m12 but what your thoughts I'm hit vert and some rails not much negative tricks though and some urban skateing I have some missions also for city skating but need help what kinda of aggressive skates to get thanks

Heyy!! Is there shock absorber or heel upper in it? I skate with black stock M12, and I Miss so much the heel higher thing.

Man I would have loved to have these new school soles on my skates in the late 90s I think back then the K2 fatty and Argons has the biggest natural sole without a sole plate.... pretty dope

I want some UFS 5th Elements I wanna try em on first tho I don’t have a skate shop around me for 4 hours and that’s in Nashville, I got weird feet so I need to try em first!! I had and still have my OG 5ths white “Cream” ones, only thing I disliked about the OG was how far the frames made the front wheel stick out, and I dnt know why they look HUGE on my feet people said it’s bc their white, no that’s not right I have Genesys 9.1 White and they look normal maybe it’s how the frame looks the wheel stuck out.... always have been a Roces Fan had 97 High Cuff Blue M12s were my 2nd pair of skates ever... really wanted the 1st gen White Khuti but im impatient they where on back order so I went with Yellow K2 250cc bc they were in stock I still have em to this day good skates very comfy and the Teflon soul plates, I know u go all over do u know any skate shops in the MEMPHIS, LITTLE ROCK AREA?? Anyway have a good one if u know any let me know bro sendin good vibes ur way Lino!!

There seems to be a trend going back to retro skates. Is this just a stylistic trend or are there functional advantages moving back to older skate designs.

If you're having to pull your laces so tight that you're pulling out eyelets you may have slimmer feet and it's a fitment issue. Try wearing a thicker pair of socks when wearing them.

First time a skater has his name on a skate ;) True if you exclude some names: Igor, c.j. , Pianowski, Sam Crofts ...

So sad they completely prevent women from enjoying this skate! The smallest size is soo big!
