That measurement mat is pretty cool, great for videos. Also its important to note that these are advertised as .38 super magazines, but they accept 9mm. Caused me a bit of confusion.

Do you think a 9mm bbr slide and barrel would work on the .45 frame? It would be cool to just buy the barrel and slide and have 2 calibers to pick from.

That would be cool. I know it did work that way with the Keltec P11, it was just a swap of the barrel and magazine to go from 9mm to 40 acp. If anyone wants to send me a 9mm barrel and magazine I would be happy to test the theory. :)

I own the 45 and have a 9mm on its way. The mecgar p14 mag catch needs to move .05 up on the p14 mag to work properly. I will let you know if STI, SVI, Para, Mecgar or MBX mags will work in the 9mm as i have all of those

⁠@@ODK000so i have the 9mm 3.10 in hand and know para and factory mags work but have not had a chance to try the others yet. 38 super para mags work as well but lock back with 1 round in the mag. The 9mm is not a compensated barrel like the 45acp even though it has the slide cut for it. I ordered EGW recoil kits for both of them and found out my 45 has a 3.0” barrel and not a 3.1” barrel. I will update soon with more mag info

Finally found my way back to this comment. So MBX, Rock Island HC full size, MecGar and Para mags all work with the 9. Havent tried any STI or SVI yet

Insane question, but do you think this gun has the potential for an optics cut? I LOVE smaller 1911’s with optics (My dream gun is a staccato cs) But that’s a dream for a reason. This checks the first boxes, small ds 1911, but I also want a red dot. Once I get this gun I will be ordering some of these collars!

No offense BUT until you have the 9mm version and actually tried and true fit and finish... when it comes to aftermarket firearm accessories... I've heard "it SHOULD work" too many times!

I dont disagree, but I have sold a bunch of these and i have not had a single complaint. Anyone who has purchased one of these - please chime in!
