I remember going to Farm And Fleet with my mom the only time she bought me a Jem doll. I only had the original Kimber with extra outfits, and the Rockin Roadster which was the best built car for a doll that you could listen to a radio while storing items it was my favorite toy along with the Petite Ponies. I rarely remember getting anything for my birthday, but I'm thankful I had these.
Just had to tell my inner child we still can't afford this stuff. She threw a fit. It's not so much about the dolls or cars it's the speaker you can plug your music into. The stage / cassette player, maybe some of the outfits..
I had the Jem doll & also her friend Danse. Never knew that there were dolls for Video & Clash. Also didn't know about that portable cassette player/stage. I would've begged my mom for it. Lol.
It's why Clash looks different after season one: her hair had to be monochromatic, because the variegated version was impossible to reproduce in a mass-produced doll.
Jem got a cassette player! Truly outrageous and totally Jem! Jem got a cassette player that turns in to the Jem Star Stage! Yes yes yes it’s the best Jem on Jem Star Stage!!

@@theexpresidents 😊Hello there! I sure do have a JEM tattoo, a substantial size “JEM Truly Outrageous!” logo on my left side! I got my ink - all 3 pieces - from Johnny Tattoo Gallo, but you don’t have to take my word for it. The flat 2-d surface image came out much more interesting on my physical person. At first glance, the letter “J” can be mistaken for an old school pipe, as the image has an unusual swivel effect on my tiny arm, thus making the design much cooler than your typical flash ink. And just like urban graffiti, I look like I got spray painted on!⚡️🤩 The other “interactive” tattoo, my 3rd one, is on the right side of my lower back, a Gingerbread Girl image that stretches from 4 inches to a whopping 8, every time I bend over and move in such a way that breathes life into it! That cookie roars and could take a bite outta you!😄 About my 1st - and favorite - tattoo: entirely custom and extremely personal, taking up much of my upper right arm, but that’s a separate subject I won’t get into here……the artist took my idea and ran with it, taking my vision to a whole other level, and created an intricate work of meaningful art I will cherish forever.🥰
