After all, Taiwan = ROC (Republic of China). The question between the PRC and the ROC is not rather its independent or not, it's about who is the legitimate government of China. The US, UN and 180+ countries recognize Beijing as the legitimate government of China and that Taiwan is part of China.

I think it is worse than that. Corporate media rarely gives anti-war, anti-imperialism, anti-capitalist voices any room on corporate media. So we are all left with the impression that the topics and framing that corporate media makes room for are the only views that are correct. These media outlets have their own ideology and bias (and other corporate sponsors that are paying their bills). It is reflected in the type of discourse they allow on air. They used to allow a lot more people like Roger Waters speak their minds to their audiences. They are too afraid of losing advertisers nowadays.

So true - what a good point , I have been so blessed , i have not missed a RW tour since he left pink floyd ., my first RW show was july 26th 1984 and i just saw "not a drill" on the same date 38 years later !! No wi am not a rich man at all ... but i never paid more than 65 dollars for a seat up until this last post covid tour , and that ticket was 100 and man oh man was it worth it . roger has always provided a knock out top quality concert for rock bottom pricing so we were able to take the entire family . not a drill = absolutely incredible show . the last time DAVID came to town it was 3-600 dollars for NOSE BLEEDS . DG had crews working EVERY day on a hotel he was gifted by one of his 1 percenter buddies , this crew was working every day during the covid lockdown when no one else was allowed to be active , but dave and polly got a pss ? why because DG is a 1 percenter . d. gilmour and his "von trapt" wine and cheese routine should tell you where this guys head is at because it isnt anywhere about making change , DG is fat and rich he only cares for his wine and cheeses . Look into it - that guy is the reason roger was forced out of his own band, (his dirty back stabby deal he made with allen parker and why the last album has a man with a knife in his back and why it was called final cut was davids betrayal) that same fat guitar player guy is THE reason we all were denied our pink floyd- because roger has extended olive branches to DG for the group to reunite . DG is the reason we didn't get to see pink floyd (with all four guys) the big fat dumb baby . i am not amused when i see people posting " dg is the true pf - he sings better and he is a better musician if you want to see pink floyd go see DG concert ... absolute nonsense . i have seen DG pink floyd and it was bland emotionless pointless BS .... dogs of war sounds like back ground music for a 1981 episode of Miami vice . these people who post this type of attack against roger waters are clueless and here is another , ever notice ANY roger fans going on PF / daves content and trashing DG ?
