I am 70yrs old and was on BP meds for 30 +years.I went on a all meat diet and lost 35 or 40 lbs and also my BP went to normal.I feel great now with no more pains.I asked my Doctor a long time ago if i could ever get off these drugs and he said no because once you go on you can't get off.I sure would like to know why this corruption keeps going on in this country.This crazy corruption is going to break this great nation.
Some family went to multiple Doctors for their son that had epileptic seizures, none could make his seizures go away until one put him on a ketogenic diet and his seizures went away and he no longer had to take medicine. Amish eat mostly food they grow and are less likely to get cancer than the general population they also do more manual labor and walking than the general population.

I went on one when I found out my husband of 30 yrs was having an affair. I had 4 kids to take care of, a full time job, and couldn’t function. They helped me get through the nightmare. Weaning off of it was hell, because the main side-effect was insomnia.

Before Covid she’d perform her artistry at the Farmers Markets in the west end, near St Paul’s hospital & around Vancouver. She woke me up.
So glad this diet is working for them. Even though being plant based works fantastically for me we all have unique situations and sometimes what you don’t do is more important than what you do.

A few days after the fact, but have any of you tried eating just the yolks of the eggs and not the egg whites which are full of inflammatory ingredients for some people? I've gone to that egg-eating regimen and found good results (besides, I like the taste of egg yolks a lot). Like everyone else on this post, I love Jordan. I have watched at least 100 hours of his classes and, of course, I have read his two books. It seemed to me he has been carrying the weight of his responsibility on his shoulders. In combination with Tammy's health, an incredible travel schedule, and having to be on-point, takes its toll. I suspected something was going on, emotion sensitivity is normal for him, but the last couple of interviews, he was hypersensitive, and there were times when he cried when normally he would have held it together. The Father Barron interview was particularly emotional for him, it seemed. By the way, the two of these guys had one os the best exchanges I have seen, perhaps because they are intellectual equals. In any event, I miss him, like most I am concerned, and I look forward to seeing him back in fighting trim soon.

I’m not surprised at all that that sugar caused her child to have mood dysregulation. I know this video is old, but now there is a newer field called metabolic psychiatry where they are getting people with bipolar completely off their medications when they are strict, clean, keto. I’m pretty sure they are also doing this with people with schizophrenia. Food is mood!
Mikhaila said russians are worried about food. That is not correct. I'm Russian living half year there, half year in Australia. There is more variaty of food in Moscow than Sydney or Denver USA which I recently visited. There is no fear at all that there will be no food there. Russia produces a lot of food. As for beef, it's correct. I don't like beef there not from allergy perspective but the texture. Russians are big on pork which is much better there than in Australia. I tried American beef and had horrible heartburn from it. The best beef in the world is Australian or new Zealand. The sense of stress in Moscow is money not food. Lots of people are living with minimum salary when many many other ordernary people have so much.

Hi Dr Baker @MeatRx and @Mikhaila Peterson thank you for this. It's really great to hear the Peterson's are on the mend. The recovery is not an easy road from I my own personal experience. If you read on you will see the synergy I am attempting to bring to your attention when it comes to the organic meat diet. I sympathise with Jordan Peterson as had a similar experience and reaction to an anxiolytic medication (without the professional treatment afterwards to get off it) and had to do embark on a very long suffering self learning & presently still a healing journey. The synergy involving both Jordan and Michaela and MeatRX,which if MeatRX is willing, is another silent epidemic happening that being the prescription of benzodiazepenes with the patient not being informed how seriously addictive this medication is and that one can run into a paradoxical withdrawal (your existing dosage is not effective, and you run into withdrawal and need to be up-dosed) . If you go to one of the best sources or community sites for Benzo;s on the Internet being www.benzobuddies.org/, one would see the amount of suffering happening and serious SX's caused by this medication including suicide. My friends Chicago based blues band (Howard and The White Boys) played the Tremblant Blues fest a few years ago. I learned that Canadians clearly preferred a greater amount of physical distance and were not easily engaged verbally. Most troubling was every bar poured a beer about two ounces short. I had to constantly tell the bar tender to fill the glass up. LOL
How can we get through to the school food program? I am a teacher and it is so frustrating to see how much sugar is fed to our students, breakfast, lunch and snack. Its as if no brain research has ever been heard before by any of the food industry!
The vast majority of doctors will tell you to eat very little meat, if any, and stick with vegetables. I'm glad that you are out there promoting beef. I've always believed in a high protein, low carb diet.
I think I was born with autoimmune issues because of symptoms my mom describes in my infancy and then my own memories of early pain and discomfort from minor things. My Mom described me often as “the Princess and the Pea”-saying how I would be fussing because there was one wrinkle on the sheet or my pillow was too “hot”. After trying to research what was wrong with my very odd brother I actually started seeing my own issues in related things. I narrowed it down to the theory that my brother was likely a chimera (left handed, right footed, many many deep issues) and that I a female had likely had a male vanishing twin sibling-which means I likely ingested and absorbed decomposing parts of my defunct male twin. Both for negative and positive traits. The positive being engineering type skills where I test 100% highest levels, the negative is my own immune system still always trying to reject the “other”… I did have an extremely abusive dad so trauma didn’t help BUT I had the symptoms in my earliest childhood-well before he started beating me (age 3 or so). Womb conditions and early fetal issues play a huge part in people’s hormones and growth development and health/sexuality. My mother had a LOT of miscarriages as well. My brother somehow survived even with his issues, I fared better after I got nutrition (age 8). There was 1 miscarriage between my bro and me, even tho we were only 2 years apart. I have a sibling 18 years younger-many miscarriages between us-zero birth control ever according to mom- and she had 2 more miscarriages at least that I knew of. But getting info is hard from her. Anyway even my younger sibling has some odd physical/mental issues/autoimmune problems too-much milder than mine. I am saying all this so that maybe some people start to look into a prenatal connection for autoimmune issues. I have done very well on carnivore, altho covid sickness hospital stay got me screwed up- I still am 90% carnivore tho I need 100%. April will be 3 full years Carnivore! Starting Year 4!!!
Usually doctors are very stingy and cautious with the prescription pad when it comes to benzos, but I'm thinking that Jordan's doctor probably thought this is a clinical psychologist who does not have a history of drug abuse and knows his stuff, let's just get him on these pills and he can decide how much he wants to take. I'm guessing Jordan was given a high-upper limit, a very high-upper limit, because the doctor trusted his judgement. Anyway, Jordan took the higher upper-limit for way too long to feel the way he wanted. For some reason, he didn't want to continue doing that, so he endangered his life and caused a lot of turbulence in his marriage. He should have just kept taking the pills. He could have weaned off very, very slowly, but I don't understand his rush to just want to stop them completely. Most people, even dependent people, can come off benzos just fine with some time, without having to go to Russia and all this craziness.
@@randomfullywonderful Dr. Peterson had an adverse reaction to the meds which was making him terribly ill. The reaction is not a common side effect but it does occur. His daughter explains it in one of her updates.
@@mikel4526 Yes, they are, when they're not misused they can stop panic attacks, and save the lives of those who have overdoses on stimulants or are going through alcohol withdrawal. When abused, they can make you dependent. They're not really intended to be taken everyday. More on as needed basis.
I am a few days late as far as getting a response goes, but I would very much like to hear the thinking of the situation with Tammy and her cancer story. One would have thought that the all meat diet she went on would have inhibited malignant cells, rather than let them progress and develop. Has anyone been discussing this, because I would very much like to hear the thoughts on what might have been the pathology and cell biology of all that. Great that she pulled through and greater still that she is still essentially on a meat only diet (plus some coffee) and doing well on it. Might it be similar to Mikhaila developing C.diff on carnivore? What were the histology findings on her tumour? I'd be very interested to hear/read thoughts or facts or theories on this. My 18 month old is the same. She eats her meat and then she gets either a small amount of fruit or veg and if she doesnt like a produce I dont push it. I believe babies know more about what they should and shouldnt eat or like than we give them credit for
I’m in 3 months now on carnivore diet. I healed in many ways but I did have Oxalate dumping for almost 1 month. Started itch here, itch there… then I was itching all over my calves. My IBS that had improved in the 1st week had returned on my 10th week n lasted almost 2 weeks, worst than before but now is better. I feel like our health issues seem to get better n then come back , then improve again. It’s weird, I want to think the body is still trying to heal. Like my eye sight improved, then it seemed like it didn’t on a different day. Then it seems like it keeps going back n forth

I don't know who she talked to but I have never seen people being afraid of empty grocery stores because shelves are always PACKED with food, even after corona stuff started. But what she said about Russian beef made me feel a bit discouraged because I'm looking to try this diet to heal some health issues. I haven't checked the prices yet but Brazillian beef must be more expensive
And now I'm wondering where she was buying meat there. If at grocery stores then most likely it was conventional beef, not grass-fed. I will be getting meat at farmer's market, hope it's better there.
Ive heard behind the scenes that Brazilian beef has a lot of soy feed in the cattle and even when its marked as grass fed its still grain fed.. Heard a lot of people have trouble with their beef.. so if thats true it makes sense with peoples reactions...
this is serendipitous....my ankle which has been injured a few times over my life is on the fritz today and i was wondering if they actually do replace an ankle, and if so do they have to do the foot, etc. I know her health issues are mostly with arthritis/autoimmune, I wonder how a replacement would go for say cartilage/ligament issues? You need to eat Irish beef. World class, grass fed. Whenever I spend time in the states I can't believe the difference in the quality of beef. USA beef is way inferior. Congrats on turning your health around!!

Cole Robinson has helped a lot of people including myself 340 to 225. I refeed on protein, but he doesn't recommend that all the time. I currently am doing 72s. So as I see abs I'll go to Omad on aniamal protein.

I wonder if you have tried pro-biotics and fermented foods to restore your gut biome, ex. Keifer milk, Kombucha, Sauerkraut, Kimchi, etc. Have you heard of The Cowan Autoimmune Diet? The gut doesn't need to 'heal' this is a common misconception. The fact that you felt cured the next day after doing FMT pills means the bacteria you ingested were inhibiting the C Diff infection. If you have outlying issues you have to do more FMT until it's completely gone. Food has nothing to do with it apart from foods/supplements with high calcium (explains the dairy intolerance) and/or taurine germinating the C Diff spores. Without the bacteria to produce secondary bile acids in the large intestine the C Diff spores just germinate over and over again and is why you need FMT (to restore those bacteria). 90% of the world have no gut issues and can eat anything, once you get rid of the infection you will be the same. If your brother is the only one of your family that has no food issues, you could try FMT with him as a donor (make pills from his poop). Thank you sharing your experience though.

@@scres87 no one cares about her surgery.. What people care about is a failed make up artist claiming both she and he father have completely undiagnosed auto immune diseases and eating meat cured it. People also care that a failed make up artist had coaxed her father out of using his life saving SSRI medication only to have him gravitate towards benzos because he needed something for anxiety which the SSRIs were there for in the first place. Joint surgery? Yeah no.. Psycho grifter caused this and ruined her father's career. You obviously know nothing about these people
