I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. ru-vid.comUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.
I am 74 and in tears thinking that I could have had a much healthier life all these years. At age 7 put on a diet and continued all these years later and no success. Feeling lousy, tired, female issues, dry skin, heartburn, etc. I have just begun Carnivore eating. Always been a meat eater and told it was bad for me. Two days in and already feeling better. I still have years left to live and I feel that my life is just beginning!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
It's NEVER too late! God bless you. When we do die we will get a new body that does not age or get sick, or fatigue, etc. Well, those that know Him will. Take care.
My father ate meat, fat, dripping, cheese, eggs and lots of butter all his life. I never knew him get sick or overweight. He died of old age at the age of 94. I helped to embalm him and his arteries were as clean as a whistle, soft and supple, no sign of any buildup!
My dad lived healthy until he was nearly 90, he ate mainly red meat and poultry. Doctors had told him to “stop eating red meat (and drinking beer lol)”, but he never changed his diet and always said with a laugh “I proved them wrong”.
@@KM-os8lb Because red meat/high colesterol diets are not harmful as long as you keep a tight eathing window during the day and most importantly avoid sugar. Sugar+saturated fats is usually the culprit when it comes to heart disease
Go with me here... When we have to poop (and I’m talking about a normal, run-of-the-mill BM), our intestinal tract sends a signal to our brains, that feels a little like anxiety, right? (We all know that feeling.) And, if we have pending diarrhea, the signal is stronger, we may even sweat a little, our heart rate a bit elevated, right?? So, these feelings are understood, direct messages from our digestive tract to our brains. Is there anybody who would argue this? OK. So what’s to say that if we’re truly messed up inside, our gut isn’t sending a constant stream of messages that we interpret as anxiety, panic, depression or a whole host of psychological issues? What if the constant alarm bell from the intestines is the source of a lot of emotional distress? I think it is. Keto helped, but the Carnivore drove it home! Cutting out the copious amount of greens I added when starting Keto, to replace the carbs I had been eating, worked WONDERS for me. The constant screaming from my innards just shut up one day, and it’s been beautiful. Hope this helps somebody.
Oh man, I am really open to hear about this carnivore diet but man, I don’t think you can reduce anxiety just to diet. Dr Jordan Peterson needed to take benzodiazepines to lower his anxiety while on a carnivore diet... I mean, it can have an effect but I don’t think it’s the only cause.
Why you replaced carbs you ate with veggies' carbs in first place anyways...Every carb is same to body and you can only loss weight NOT eating carbs. Proteins and fat consumption only. Fat is as same as important, without it or not having 80% amount of protein you eat you will have fatigue, constipation and digestive problems and etc etc, because fat is feelin' good component of body
Well, Tango Charlie, they do say the main chemicals that your brain uses for mood etc. are made in the immune system of your gut, so this makes a lot of sense...May you stay well!
8 grams! in the morning? seriously wow! Im almost 300 and want to get off metformin. what did you try keto or carnivore please? want to control that sugar or get rid of it
Wow that's amazing. My ex gf her mother had similar high glucose levels and I tried to speak to her about getting her carbs down but she wouldnt listen because to her the opinion of her gp is the word of God

Ever noticed at family get-togethers that no one stands in the kitchen while you're making the salad, but the minute the steak comes off the grill, the entire crowd moves in?
I know this comment is old but to add to this idea, notice how children fresh out of the womb (untrained taste buds) almost despise vegetables. Could it be that they can sense or taste the harmful effects where as we have been conditioned to ignore them?
@@InterstellarBountyHunter521 Yes! I have a 9 month old who only eats carnivore. Seriously, she pitches anything else off her plate, but will eat an entire egg or bites of mommy's steak.
Dr. Berry prescribes a strong dose of common sense. I just saw a cool video on an MRI scan of a 50-year-old woman having eaten a 7-year carnivore diet. The radiologist was surprised at the red bone marrow concentration in the femur bones. He mentioned something like she had the red bone marrow of a 16-year-old. Good news. I would love to hear Dr. Berry's take on the red bone marrow restoration, and it's health benefits.
My husband isn't on board with this eating this way.. I have had so much change with the carnivore way of eating--no more autoimmune symptoms. My skin glows, my eyebrows grew in (photo of me is before carnivore), my hair is thick, no depression or anxiety anymore, no hyperpigmentation, yes, I had this and it has completely gone away. It's a miracle.

In 57 and grew up being brainwashed to eat low fat high fibre , no mention of sugar ! Hard to get out of that mindset especially when GP don't change either. I'm supposed to be on a statin cos my cholesterol always been high and had shot up on keto . Also trying to get off the poison Zoloft !

I've been on Zoloft and other AD's mist if my adult life. Just started the keto duet 4 days ago, no more crutches for me! I wish you all the very best in your journey.
@@debbietaylor20 They have most people believing that glucose is the body's preferred energy and that couldn't be any further from the truth. Much like when you drink alcohol, your body must use sugar first, but not because it prefers it, but because it must get it out as first. Fat is the preferred and more healthier energy for your body and while it may take longer to process, it has more calories per gram and gives you much more energy. It also cannot be stored as body fat, unless you consume it at the same time with lots of sugar. Also, don't take that statin, whatever you do because cholesterol is not bad for you. We're made of cholesterol. There is no bad cholesterol, there is just cholesterol and there are two carriers. LDL and HDL and if you have a high level it means your body is inflamed and a high level of cholesterol is a good thing because it means your body is attempting to fix itself. Address the things that inflame you and sugar/carbohydrates are big time inflamers. Also, vegetable oils/margarines are really bad. Eat butter or use butter to cook, especially grass fed butter. Basically reverse almost everything they tell us to be healthy because we live in an age of deception; driven by a need for profit so there are no real morals when it comes to many things.
@MSD i'm not clicking on your link - want to provide a citation for a medical journal which has actually studied those who are DOING the Carnivore diet?
@Golden Knight If you enjoy and believe in the fruit and vegetable way of life, way of eating, way of curing the ills mankind experience then I respect that. I think also though you should respect others way of eating. Everyone has to do and eat the way that is best for them. If it's carnivore then that's what is good for them. I just sense a real hostility in your comments. I for one believe very vehemently that sugar in virtually every food product on the market is the culprit of so much disease like cancer. I believe that all processed food is really bad for us but if other people want to go ahead and eat what I consider to be poison then okay..it is their life, their decision. I'm thinking you should calm down and carry on with whatever way of eating you enjoy.
@Golden Knight that's assuming that you have figured out what is right, not only for you, but everyone. Haven't you ever realized you were wrong? Couldn't you be wrong this time too? A little humility before you try to tell others what you do

Dr. Ken Berry looks younger than last year. Is that from eating Carnivore? I'm not being crass. I followed Dr. Berry for over a year when he was eating Keto, then going to Carnivore.
I agree he does look younger..carbs can be deadly..I found out about carnivore by mistake so glad I did..I see a definite difference in my health..thank you Dr.Berry.
Eagle Eye Believe me I’ve tried the carnivore diet. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done. You need to just make sure you are always fed, you may feel like starving and that’s what gives you anxiety. Staying away from carbs itself will give you the anxiety relief after about a week. Overall, just stay well fed with whatever (eggs, bacon, beef).
Eagle Eye Yes I’ve had plenty panic attacks. It’s tough I know. I recommend you take supplements to help it. If you have the money for it, buy kratom. It is way cheaper than meds.

What scares me is all the new plant based "meat" coming out on the market. I can't even imagine what's in that stuff. Human's wouldn't have developed the large brain without eating protein from meat.
I think there will be a worldwide push to get rid of meat production under the aegis of “climate crisis” and backed by the UN, fake meat will be one of those “foods” under the control of large corporations and ultimately the government.

Yeah, when I religiously did the OMAD and Keto it worked so well for me and I felt and looked so good I tried to share my success but I was met with skepticism, people said it didn't work. That I should see a doctor. Years ago had I continued with the doctor I would have been very sick or dead by now. I also found that the better it worked for me the more other people tried to sabotage my efforts....and eventually ...did. Now that I am sadly back to old eating habits I notice my old issues are coming back. SO I am on a quest to buck up and regain my health and to hell with everyone else! Even if they ask what I am doing I will just say it is "pumpkin juice". :)
that's the way! people don't need to know your dietary secrets because they couldn't handle the harsh truth. And the truth is harsh to accept in this case because we have been lied to all our life about nutrition. So it would only really make sense to the people that seek this information, and those who are skeptical about being lied to not just by doctors, but also by government bodies and big corporations.
Gotta convince the insurance companies that they will save money by endorsing these healthy lifestyles as treatment. Once we do that, they will do all the lobbying in the right places to make the changes in standard of care and laws.

@Randall Layman aren't you here on RU-vid looking for knowledge too? Same as everyone else. I can tell you this I've learned more from RU-vid in the last few years than I have in all my years previous. School was shit, TV was garbage, doctors always missed the mark. the knowledge from friends and family pale in comparison to the info I've come across here. NEVER underestimate the power of RU-vid. And yes powerful health institutions manipulate information all the time, it's common knowledge.
Lead by example is the best answer! I’ve been eating a mostly raw carnivore diet for the past 6 months and I have so much energy that my mom genuinely asked me if I do drugs now lmao “how do you have so much energy to go mountain biking then hang out with your friends and then go on a walk?” They still refuse to listen because I do get a bit “preachy” but eh, maybe they’ll come around. I feel great!
I cycle on and off carnivore. Love love love it! I always have over the top energy. I'm 61 and can go hard all day long and normally sleep a good 7 hours. I love my veggies but have so much inflammation when I eat them.
My son had food dye allergies...ie: no candy, no processed foods, no hotdogs. Every week (sometimes every day) my son came home sick. Finally...I brought him home and kept him there and home schooled him for 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th grade. By then...he had it, he was taught how to feed himself and how to eat when he was away from home. He is 36 now, and on the keto diet with me, his dad and his step father. This information has saved our lives...literally. Dr. Berry is the only doctor I trust. The older the doctor...the less I'm likely to stay with him or her...they are nearly unteachable and unreachable.
@Dragon☯ anyone who thinks a carnivore or keto diet is healthy definitely shouldn’t be teaching anyone about nutrition. No one should be on a keto diet except kids suffering from severe epilepsy.

We have been eating the carnivore way for over a year now. Love it. We feel better. We are happier people now and plan to stick with it. My Crohn's symptoms gone, psoriasis gone, roseacea (much better, but not gone). I gained some weight when we switched to carnivore and started to exercise fasted, but the weight is coming off now after adding extra fat.
My rosacea has completely improved.. my dermatologist asked me "what are you doing??" I told her I gave up sugar and I'm doing healthy ketosis! She said she was SO proud of me. She told me that people are usually reluctant to change their diet and its the diet that is MOST of the battle ♥️ I'm not using any of my rosacea creams as of today 🙌

@ashleyL How long did it take for you to notice improvement in Psoriasis? Also, how strict do you have to be? do you still eat dairy? What about herbs and seasoning?
@@pefrat It went away quickly, I had already cut out all processed food and sugar in 2014 and only a little bit was left...so around 4 weeks for me to notice the little bit left was gone. We did put herbs and seasoning on our food when we started but our enjoyment of them slowly went away and now we just put salt on our food. I have found that the few "cheats" that I have had in the last year, being a salad a few times, does not negatively affect my skin, but does negatively impact my digestion immediately. We are strict about it....but it just gets to a point where it isn't that you have to be strict it turns into a preference and doesn't really even faze us anymore. Dr. Berry's plainspoken manner of articulating the keto/carnivore message is such a valuable means to reach so many people. Thank you for this interview.
@Golden Knight No it isn't. Just because someone is a layman in a particular subject, and therefore requires an explanation that is non-technical, does not make them a moron.
@Golden Knight Its obvious that you haven't done your own research. Look up the work that Dr. Sarah Hallberg has done with reversing type 2 diabetes, using a ketogenic diet, and she has published her findings. Dr. Jason Fung has also reversed many instances of type 2 diabetes by using keto in conjunction with intermittent fasting protocols. Furthermore, look at the lecture by Nina Teicholz, where she cites several studies on the efficacy of low carb diets: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fJEHiQKqfZM.html Also look up the work of Dr. Colin Champ, an oncologist, who uses keto as an adjunct to conventional methods to treat cancer. Furthermore, look up Dr. Thomas Seyfried who also is doing research on keto as a compliment to conventional cancer treatment. Look up Dr. Dominic D'Agostino who works with special forces, to enhance performance by implementing the ketogenic diet. Dr. D'Agostino also is doing cancer research as it relates to keto. Do some research on Dr. Aseem Malhotra, who has published peer reviewed articles about keto. Finally, research the work of Dr. Stephen Phinney and Dr. Jeff Volek, both who are pioneers in using ketogenic diets as it relates to athletic performance. This is just a small list of clinicians and researchers who are using the ketogenic diet to address a myriad of problems. The only way you can say that there is a dearth of science concerning keto is either out of ignorance or an agenda.
@Golden Knight The same could be said for vegans/vegetarian physician, many of whom have conflicts of interest due to ideological attachments. For example, the very high profile vegan physicians - Dr. T. Colin Campbella and Dr. Neal Barnard - are affiliated with PETA. Another vegan doctor, Dr John Mcdougall, is a Seventh Day Adventist, which is a religious sect that has vegetarianism as a tenet of their faith. Dr. Michael Greger, another high profile vegan advocate, has ties to the Humane Society. Hence, many of the most high profile detractors of keto have conflicts of interest themselves, which may impugn their claims, and the studies they cite. I am open to seeing these conflicts of interest, in the physicians and researchers I listed, if you can truly adduce them. Show me a connection between the meat industry and many of these physicians and researchers. Even if you could, you still have a quandary on your hand. You see many of these physicians are open to a vegan version of keto. In fact, Dr. Stephen Phinney and Dr. Jeff Volek, in their book,"The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living" offer a vegan option. That is not exactly something that people, who are in the pocket of the meat industry, would promote.
@Golden Knight My list shows that they are motivated by ideology. People who are motivated by ideology will have just as much of a proclivity to distort science to fit their ideological agenda. An ideological motive is just as much a potent force for dishonesty as a monetary one. Anyone with a cursory understanding of history and politics would understand that.
@Golden Knight Apparently, given the vitriol which is evident in the way you write - where the only thing you seem to do consistently is spit out invectives and vulgarity - you are incapable of having a rational discussion.
I loved this video so much that I wrote this "Disclaimer" for all the places I posted it - "This video is NOT for everyone. Started keto July 4 2019@420lb.Today January 28,2020.Currently @360lbs.I don't use social media much but I thank God for the day I came across Dr.Ken Berrys video. Thanks so much for all the info and motivation you give me.
Had all kinds of issues Brain fog, depression, trauma, skin issues, adrenal, thyroid, Tinnitus, etc. Switched to Keto fatty meat, organ meat grass fed, iodine, proper nutrients, it all helped to make a complete turn around. Will be 49 and physically better than I have been since my 20s. I worked out thought I was eating healthy yet still had all these issues. Now I have to remove the toxic people in my life. I had great people I'm my life, but also realized there were some who didn't like me getting better. The work on my body helped my brain come around and gain myself back. I enjoyed your videos and some others from other rational Doctors where I can make my own decisions based on my own rational.
@@bmk14 I did ...my tinnitus is probably 90 percent better. I think it was a combination of things....one other part was getting rid of pathogens in my ear. They can hide out since it's hard for your immune system to get to.
I just love you both! I've never been really sick except for pneumonia (twice😳 18 years ago) however between my family members and going to hospitals more than I would like to admit, having family die has made me realise how grateful I am for Keto and now carnivore. My health is exceptional, even when cardiologists look me dead in the eye and tell me pint blank that I will have cardiovascular disease eating the way I do. As I am Greek, married to a Dutchman, losing family and friends from every disease, I don't take any words from any medical specialist as gospel truth. My response to the cardiologist was this: "Dr I will outlive you and most likely your kids, and I will never ever see the inside a hospital from any food based illness." He just looked at me in complete shock. Same with a=n elderly hospital dietician who said that bread and cereals were the go for a members diverticulitis 😤😡🤬, I got her walking out the hospital room of my family member backwards as if she was backing away from a pit bull 😂😍👍✌🏻ok I sound like I am ggressive, but I don't actually LISTEN to anyone who works in a hospital filled with sickness.
I have been on Keto for 2 and half years . I have had 3 heart attacks two before Keto and 1 my last one on Keto about 16 months ago. While in the hospital recovering from the last heart attack the nurses said your blood work is the best we had ever seen with a patient having a heart attack. We don’t understand? This here is proof that Keto works! Fortunately Im doing great still on Keto and feeling like I’m 30 every day🙂
twn5858 What does that have to do with getting on here and sharing knowledge? Taking time out of his day etc. Besides being a Dr. isn’t a guarantee for “good money” still, I get what you’re saying.
@@twn5858 there is no question he is getting paid and he deserves every single cent. How many doctors out there are that passionate about finding out why people are so sick and then care enough to spread the word. He is definitely a hero in my eyes.
guys, I have a new recipe book coming out. here’s a sampler salt & pepper on steak, and if you’re feeling fancy, bacon wrapped steak with a pinch of pepper. now.. how much to charge for this exclusive recipe book lol
I worked with an Oncologist that would tell his patient not to smoke. Then when he was out away from the office he would be lighting up a cigarette. Never could figure this out. Also worked for a cardiologist who was obese and he would tell his patients they needed to go on a diet. He would eat 12 hotdogs all by himself while he would look at his patients. Never could understand why they would not do as they preached. So sad.
While I’m now on keto diet 18/6 fasting, the ACV & lemon juice two tablespoons of ea in 16oz of water three times a day and I haven’t had acid reflux in the 29 days that I’ve done this. Before I could not go 3 days without taking Prilosec or I’d be puking up in my neck , I’m now one happy camper! Thank you Dr Barry 🤩
Thank you Dr. Berry. Great info. So glad you are speaking out about the truth of nutrition and diet and the effects on our health. I'm 61, carnivore for 10 months now and seeing/feeling positive health changes. It takes awhile and patience to reverse a lifetime of misinformed diet. I'm rebuilding my body. I like your approach and respect for all people.
Shaolin monks would disagree. They are without question the healthiest people on the planet. Pound for pound the strongest. Literally capable of performing tasks deemed impossible according to modern scientists. Yet almost every single one of them is vegan. The vegan diet is unquestionably better but that doesn't mean you can't be quite healthy while eating meat also. The problem is that this carnivore diet nonsense is far too extreme and nonsensical pseudoscience. If you're eating meat, it should be at most 1/3rd and 2/3rd plants and I'd recommend something more like 1/5th meat 4/5th plants.
@@LumieX ummmm here's a question you should ask yourself. Do they thrive (or even live) without ANY supplements? Come back and talk to me when you find the answer
You still need some vit c which you can't get from meat. Everyone needs a different amount and ur environment affects it. If you don't want to eat any plants at all u can just take a vit c supplement. Otherwise some plants/fruits have very high levels of vit c where you only really need to eat like a quarter cup or less to get many times your rda.
Meat does contain vitamin C. It’s true that most of it is destroyed by cooking, but you need just 10mg of vitamin C to prevent scurvy, because when you don’t eat carbs, your body needs less vitamin C.
Psoriasis was one of the number one factors for me trying to go to the ketogenic diet. Like you said it did go down but for me it never went away until I started carnivore. I'm sold I'll never go back!!
I've watched this video like 3 times or 4 times since you posted it. I'm a type one diabetic and remembered being in the hospital for about 7 days for Ketoacidosis almost went into a diabetic coma, I didn't know I was a type one diabetic, 18yrs old and ny breakfast at the hospital was skim milk, apple juice, for dessert angel cake and egg white, a toast and a sausage. I was like ok, this is not good for me, I didn't know anything about reading labels or anything, I didn't stop there, until I found the ketogenic diet in March last year which has made me so happy and healthy, since August my A1C had been 5.3% 5.2%. Thanks to keto and intermittent fasting, Dr. Berry is one of my favs and I love your channel as well!
I've been following your videos for months now and just watched this one. I knew about Semmelweis story and have a PhD in medical physiology and have been pushing against "established" medical beliefs for most of my 62 years. For example, when no obstetrician in the NYC area would allow me, at 40+ to try and deliver my twins without scheduling a 36 week C-section, I found an established midwifery clinic and had an unmedicated delivery of 40 week babies weighing 6lb12.5oz and 7lb8oz. Figured, short of exceptional circumstances, I had EVOLVED to deliver babies just fine, thank you! So your philosophy really resonates with me. Now I'm struggling with subclinical Graves AND a 2 cm thyroid nodule with papillary carcinoma, but no lymph node involvement. Desperately fasting and keto until date of final scans just before surgery. Have lost 15 lbs,TSI down to normal range, and am pushing HARD for a hemithyroidectomy--so badly want to maintain some physiological regulation! Hoping surgeon will find isolated nodule all within one lobe and will leave me the other half. Will continue using your recommendations and, if I end up losing my whole thyroid, plan to demand Armor thyroid rather than Synthroid. Very grateful to you!
I share Dr. Berry's videos because they are very educational and they are short enough. People can watch the videos whenever they have 10 or 15 minutes. People don't need to block out a whole hour or more. To get a longer message across, Dr. Berry puts related videos together in a playlist.
I started IF when I was 26 when I was struggling with anxiety, depression, and high blood pressure. My "doctor" at the time put me on anti-anxiety meds which made it difficult for me and my wife to be intimate, and the blood pressure medication was destroying my liver. This was after I asked my doctor if I could do it holistically, where he responded that none of it worked I just needed to take the medication. After I found out the blood pressure meds were killing me, I told my wife I was going to do it on my own or die trying. I was going to go out on my own terms. Intermittent fasting placed me on the path to saving my self. Here I am 32 years old and in the best health of my life. I don't have near the anxiety I used to have, I started building on my gut biome with probiotics, and now me, my wife, and my son all do Keto and IF. My son is 17 years old, and I tell him all the time he has a head start on his health because I didn't start doing it till later in life. I'm so grateful to people like Dr. Berg, Dr. Berry, Dr. Axe, and Thomas Delaure. I feel they not only saved my life but gave me a new life!
Hi, congratulations! I'm struggling to get my whole family on board. My kids are so carb and sugar addicted. I don't know what to feed them now. They mostly crave pizza, bread, ramen, and won't eat the meat & eggs. Any tips for transitioning them cheerfully?
@@birkit1133 I don't have my 5-year-old on it yet because it's difficult for her being so young to make dramatic lifestyle changes like that so we are going to work on it as she gets older. Also, when she goes to school, she's always around snack cakes and other things and expecting her to stick to something like this is unreasonable at the moment. That said I have enforced rules like one dessert a day and drinks with sugar counts towards that rule. If she wants ice cream or cookie she has to drink water. We also got her on sugar alternative drinks like Zevia instead of coke. My son is 17 so it was a lot easier to work with on it.
@@stewiepoohie2979 I take a probiotic and psyllium husk supplement. I eat more fibrous cruciferous foods and avoid artificial ingredients, like sucralose, that has been documented to kill off gut flora.
@@AmericanPatriots87 Thanks for replying. That's very reasonable. Similar ages to mine. We homeschool, which helps, but my spouse keeps bringing home sugary treats, so it doesn't help much at all when one parent enjoys spoiling them with sugar and soda. I also have begun to implement similar rules. I took things a lot more seriously tho, few days ago, after they went to a movie, ate all the treats, then McD's, then Walfart, then she ate even more candy on the trip home! That night she couldn't drink enough water to quench her thirst, couldn't fall asleep, got panicked, scared, tearful, & said she felt like she needed to go to the doctor: she felt like she was dying and still wanted water but too bloated to drink it. She was in pain. I know that's a symptom of diabetes, and she's been getting chubby lately. I had her pee and gave her water with minerals added (like Calcium, MgCl, MSM)... all night, and monitored her, and it subsided, but that got me the buy-in with hubs to implement the limited sugar rules and eat more whole foods, eggs, cheese, fish, meat, milk. It's so hard for her, though. The treats are everywhere. :-( What a struggle. I don't know what to make for meals bec everything she likes is starchy, full of salt, & sugar. So far I found deviled eggs (but the mayo now, I have to fix that!) Canned tuna (mayo again) + crackers Fried eggs & bacon (she wants toast and mostly eats that) The rest is typical SAD: Pasta, pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.
At 2:20 How about the parents learning to say no to their kids? It really doesn't matter that the candy is at "kids level". Their parents should grow a backbone and learn to say NO.....without being a jerk about it.
