@@pddofficial Hello awesome dudes! I’ve always dreamed of having a built cummins. I finally started making it happen and bought my dream 3rd gen at 20 years old! A few months later my girlfriend was pregnant with my first child, slowed down the process a ton, few months after my daughter was born, she was pregnant again and I’m having twin boys(birth control doesn’t work). Im living in a place that’s very expensive to live and my dream is slowly becoming less and less reasonable. If you guys ever do another double hp on a cummins I would be so so greatful. I know it’s super far fetched but it doesn’t hurt to try . Anyway you guys are awesome and I love your content!

What's done to it? I have an 06

@@martin1234512345 43% injectors pdd 850 hp trans, efi live auto cal with csp5 switch pdd pushrods and valve springs, stroker cp3 (adding a duel fueler) and going to run compounded turbos from pdd. Talk to Tim @ pdd and discuss your goals for your truck and they will get you setup. I'm personally waiting on the government to give pdd's equipment back for tunes. With the transmission I will be running 2 coolers and an external filter (coolers from pdd)(filter from jegs(bd diesel kit)) I will also be ordering an afe bladerunner intercooler from pdd (unless Tim, Todd, and Josh reccomend a better one). And all of this on an 06 dually

We already have ported heads for them! Just need to get them on the website. Same porting as our 6b heads. We fueling and turbo upgrades as well.

Yes, but 1000 HP would only do it in 2nd gear with a 7k "heavy" truck. With a 5k drag truck, you can absolutely destroy all 4 tires with the lockup technique in 2nd and carry it through to the top of 3rd gear.

@@pddofficial that is true torque almost doubles. In these I remember when my buddy helped build my cat 15. Propane injection and we decided to keep rwhp numbers down to usable on road power. So wound up around 850 and 3600 pound of torque. And the reason was insufficient cooling just cannot get enough cooling. For that much power, and work. But it would pull a full load 45000 in the box total of just under 85000. Over the west side of the Eisenhower tunnel. Going east to Denver. In high gear running 3:73 gears. And a Eaton 18 SPD box. At those power and torque levels. Could do it at cooler temps by using lower gears but I loose speed. That's why I want to keep my04 at sustainable levels for pulling always use your gears if it heat soaks. May have to shut it down and idle it for a time.

They got in trouble for taking emissions items off truck and selling or giving them away. These truck don't have emissions parts

So far, about 750 HP is the limit for an NV4500 as they quickly destroy 3rd and 5th gear at that power level. The ZF5 and 6 speeds from the Fords and Chevy's seem to handle more power long term, but at that point, most would choose the faster shifting and more reliable built automatic.

What's your guess, does he look injured or normal?
