I absolutely love this, because it's really a sign of the times. If you tried to tell a story like this while sitting at a party with your friends, half of them would be on their phones not even listening to you, and everyone else wouldn't even contribute because they don't understand how to have a conversation or listen to a story longer than 30 seconds.

Shock was a wonderful wild-man, and Hicks took that to the next level.

What i wouldn't give to have been able to sit in that room and hang out with these guys. Hicks is a guy i grew up loving. Big inspiration for sure. Definitely helped shape my woldview along with a handful of others.

Lol if Bill Hicks was still around he would definitely have been on this isn't happening.

Sorry about my not answering questions or posting anything lately I've been tied up with surviving in the real world. Eventually I'll post more. I have another youtube channel with similar posts called "The Texas Outaw Comics." To be honest this is definitely one of the coolest videos I shot with my friends but there are others and if I get up the balls one day I might video myself talking about my friends Bill, Ron and others.

No wonder Bill liked coming to Britain . The worst reception he would have got was a polite heckle that came with an apology ! Thanks for the laughs guys .

Irony: Bill, who despised ignorant small town hicks, last name just happens to be "Hicks." More Irony: 90% of the hicks at the Oscars that night probably still have no idea that that was Bill Hicks they ignored that night. And yet, I bet 90% of those 90% have ALL seen "Larry the Cable Guy" in concert and hung on his every word... Life is strange.

I so envy these guys. Having so much fun and enjoying themselves in the company of one of the best comedians ever lived.
