This is one of the best versions of this particular track. Everybody was playing perfectly in sinc and Dio's voice is beyond the realms of normalcy. Im 60 years old and man I can't get enough of this music.

died,..but DUE to cancer,.Many have died in the name of metal and dedicated their lives to it. .. Dio was/is truly one of the cornerstones in rock and metal. . and died knowing he made an impact in our music as we know it today, thus, dying in the name of metal. His heart was in his rock! . how old are you? im 16 and im so mad i was born late for dissection and Dio. Especially For dissection since i love Black Metal so much. i was a little kid in 2006 when Jon Killed himself. man i wish little frank knew Metal way before. Fuck man i was alive when Jon was alive. makes me feel bads man every time i think about it. RIP legends Dio and Jon.

Ronnie is one of the few people in the music industry to have recordings way before just about everyone........he started in 1958 (Ronnie and the redcaps)survived the doowop era and recorded up into to the heavy metal days Dio , Black sabbath , Rainbow,etc 1958 ,60's ,70's ,80's, 90''s up until 2010...who the hell else can say that ???....................Erik

Anytime I hear RJD he just makes me happy and I can't feel anything but pure joy. This man was not only an incredible singer but a beautiful person inside and out he might have been on the smaller side but his voice could reach mountains. This was the song that made me a fan of Dio outside of Rainbow. I began listening to Rainbow around 1988 as a kid of just 12 years old and was hooked. It would be many years later that I listened to Dio's albums and this song was the first song and clincher. Dio forever \m/

this has to be the best version of this song I've heard yet. somehow i find dios songs even better live then the recorded album versions. this is rare for me. he just had a real voice and a real talent and a lot of vocalists these days distort the hell out of their voices in the recording to where you can't even recognise their voices live. it's a shame. anyway r.i.p. Ronnie im sorry i didn't discover you sooner.

Doug Aldrich is a monster guitarist. Check out the two studio albums he did with Whitesnake Good To Be Bad and Forevermore and the superb Live in the Still of the Night DVD. Fucking perfection.
