For myself 2:00 walking lunges 2:32 bounding 3:00 jumping 10 times 4:17 single leg GM (left) 4:31 single leg GM (right)

Yes but adapted slightly for basketball (guess a lot of the movements are similar, except more jumping in basketball and no kicking)
