That cute helicopter is called the Mi-2; a multipurpose helicopter. Great video, and i do agree -Rostok is creepy with no one around in it.

We wouldn't have called Stalker SoC an RPG if it was released these days. Back then, any in-depth mechanics revolved around dialog or player health/damage, as well as full inventory systems meant tying up critical memory and resources that were usually used for polish and graphics - it just wasn't really done outside of RPGs or Sim/Strategy type games. I think that this mod creates content that really makes the game feel like an RPG and not just a radically different kind of FPS for 2007. It seems like they really enjoyed creating content for this. There are so many odd things that just belong in this world, but weren't a thing in the og games or any mod.

I played the older versions of this mode, i reached rostok and then i gave up right after i passed the bus anomaly. Outskirts part is so vast and has so much stuff to do it can be a game on its own, not to mention that is very buggy. You are a legend for finishing this mod.

I dont remember the last time i watched a series that made Wavey so mad as much as GoldSphere

The outrisk map is used in legendary mods like Fotograf (SoC mod) and alternativa. Nice to see they're using it here as well

I believe the "Outskirts" map is an AMK map, originally known by the name "Predbannik", which I believe it translates to something like "Waiting Room". It's common in some of the weirder stalker mods, especially stuff made for SoC. If memory serves me it was built from scratch by the AMK team.

4:51 Watching right now, I still remember the mod "Fotograf" or "Fotograph". Old english translation SoC mod, that had that map. I had fun memories in that area, because it was like a stalker camp there. Creepy mod too, so is nice seeing the area once again.
