Rotational golf swing tips by not trying to make a big shoulder turn or a big golf swing rotation, but my a simple golf swing too to wind up your backswing. You do this by using the core or rib age feel to make a powerful backswin. The good thing is, this is a easier backswing and a short swing maximized. Right, important to notice is that the core facilitates this move, no need to try to jerk the lower body around with the ribcage, the core move facilitates the move of the ribcage. This is actually more for older golfers though, if you are young and flexible you can rotate just the ribcage.

When I only focus on my rib cage my arms flow naturally. I also feel the ground more for some reason when I just turn rib cage in back swing and then coming down by focusing on rib cage my feet grab the ground. And then follow through. This really helped me. What I did until I got this down was just get into posture let hands hang down and back and forth with rib cage like explained. It makes the swing so much easier you don’t sway, you don’t leave weight on back, you get feet involved etc.

The only way that works for me (somewhat) consistently. Where I still can get into trouble is sometimes leaving the face too open. If my swing gets out of sequence I lose the face control.

Maybe some trail wrist extension can help that

@@TheArtofSimpleGolf Had some time to take some shots into the net, and focusing on the trail wrist extension, with unrushed tempo and getting a good feel pre-shot for my lowpoint level (I've been doing more of a Bryson-like setup with hands and club in line with the arm, if that makes sense) feels almost like cheating. Small swing with good impact and less overall movement on the backswing off the ball. Anyway, feels super solid and results in a nice low trajectory and good force for minimalist body movement.
