It’s ok to cheat to light the charcoal. You’re gonna love that rotisserie. It’s my favorite toy. Never did a roast beef I’m adding it to the list! ✌🏻

Great lookin roast Ken, that rotisserie did it's job for sure. Shoot that ain't cheatin that's being smart I have outdoor burners and use them that way all the time. Keep up the great work my friend
