I wish I could keep doing it but in the spring I found out I had stage 4 cancer so I can't do that anymore I like watching you do it, I enjoy watching somebody do it your videos are awesome take care my friend❤

this is a great follow up to the feet out rowing; you really feel the connection to the foot plate on the half slide.

This session really made me realize the importance of rowing long and leaning the torso forward. Also I am noticing that when I lean forward I can not hold my watts and 500 meters pace steady to match the swing back.

Thank you again for another super day of rowing workout Austin!! The most difficult thing for me is to keep my back always up straight while rowing! 😬 apart from the rest, i have no problems, because i did 4/5 years of rowing with a rowing team, and i did a lot of competitions. It’s the 1st time i comment on one of your vids i think, and i want to thank you for everything because I’ve found a perfect coach after 8 years of stop from rowing, and being back is awesome!!! 👊👊

Wow my muscles were really aching doing this one. I worked really hard to maintain consistency. I really appreciated those full strokes!!!

For me this was the toughest Row 20 workout so far in keeping s/m, watts and min/500m consistent between full stroke and half stroke.

Felt tired doing this one yesterday, couldnt keep the power equal, should have been more conservative with the long stroke. Still good stuff and appreciate the training.

This was harder than expected. I think I might repeat as it took a couple of rounds to get the half slide correct. Seemed like I was using my arms too much

May be as I'm shorter, I found the half slides rather difficult. Had to back off after the first set. Therefore then a really slow target of only 2:30 with an overall average completed pace of only 2:29.3. It messes with your head that one.
