Always appreciate technique rows to soak in the form reminders. Liked the ball of foot to heel reminder!

picked back up after a long weekend away from my rower so a technique drill was just the ticket! I definitely like the reminders about very specific things (straight legs, relaxed shoulders, hang from straight arms...) which always make me pay more attention to the details. Thanks!

Don't know about stomped but better! About 200m further than day 5, definitely harder at the end of this one, but still felt good! Awesome as usual, thanks!!

I don't know if it was the coffee beforehand, but today clicked everything (except the supposedly fully charged earbuds, which gave up 4 minutes in).

I was able to take advantage of this pause drill more than the first one. Can see how I have improved with these techniques. I especially liked your tip if you don’t have a good lean, you can’t have a good swing. I really focused on that.

It's interesting that the extended front pause gives a far slower pace than the chest pause. So 2:40 to 2:30 with the continuous at 2:20. Average 2:26.5 4094m but really all about the HEAD GAMES...

I can't believe I've actually made it to day 18! So anyway, on this workout, the pause at the finish was hurting my back. It's still a little sore an hour later. What was I doing wrong?
