Hey
Here we go, yes some repetition are there. Editing took longer but not all were omitted. I'll be honest, there are already a million ways to do a bleed job and I might have slighty only slightly complicated it.
Pushing the piston in does help but is a personal preference and thus can be omitted totally and will only add 30-40 ml of fresh oil being used.
Stay safe

Good mechanics like you anticipate the mess and keep things clean.
@leuheanrede

Thanks mate, that is the key i guess, "anticipate". I wont lie though, I have messed up on that front, more then I would like to ;) but no less anticipation is the key. cheers :)

Good thinking to squeeze the calliper first, helps with flushing that and removing old oil.

How to check that we need to refill the brake fluid? Does it depend on kms run?

You have any idea to covert tube to tubeless for Himalayan
@leuheanrede
@leuheanrede 3 года назад
Hey mate, yup a plenty of options out there, but I dont thinks personally its a good Idea if we are gonna ride the bike offroad. It can be a very bad idea actually. Patching a puncture on road side in the wilderness of say Spiti is much simpler then finding a truck to carry it back in case of bent rim in tubeless setup with air leaking. To each his own. Stay safe

Hey buddy can you tell us the difference in stopping in Himalayan on default break pad vs ebc break pad
@leuheanrede
@leuheanrede 3 года назад
Ebc being sintered will certainly improve braking feel and feedback but make sure caliper is periodically maintained along with brake fluid change. Glad to hear from u after long time :) have a good one

I have written one long reply in the other comment you posted. In short you have reminded me that I have failed in explaining the importance of timely maintenance of braking components. I have multiple vids on the subject. But still I have lacked in explaining. My bad
