0:38 FINALLY, someone who used GPUs from the same manufacturer and product series! people seem to not understand that THIS IS IMPORTANT. You can't compare a MSI 4070 with even a Gigabyte or other manufacturers 4070, might be same chip but the components that make them up are different and do affect performance.

For RE4 you shouldve tested the game in the village fight, where it's probably better for testing because of how intensive it is

durability will depend not on the panels but the build quality of the monitor itself. better consider that instead.

if you have a i5 12400F, does getting a 4070 instead of a 4070 Super makes sense, even though the close price difference favours the 4070 Super in price/performance? Asking because of the bottleneck issue being more prevalent in the Super.

@@virajsingh4010 nothing yet but it seems to be better value the +15% performance of the 4070 Super even though the bottleneck is more obvious in the graphs. As an alternative, waiting for the next gen CPUs could be woth the hassle since 13 and 14th gen from Intel are being a bit tricky in a "Nvidia 16 pin connector burnt" fashion.

Its fine for 1440p/2k as thats mostly on the GPu load. Ofc if u got the money, get a stronger cpu but like me, if u have the 12400 right now and looking for an upgrade, the 4070ti super 16gb is actually very good combo. 1080p tho, will bottleneck pretty bad if going for high fps games.

I have the same here ,for me if there is no drops ,i enjoy gameplay after while you can change cpu , but it playable and consume less power and have less temperature,12400f is powerful cpu he can handle 4070s ,10% bottleneck,he will be fine

18:16 i waited for the 1440p numbers before i comment. my theory is right... dont use the S to play 1080p of this game, the power it's using on the CPU for 6fps more makes no sense. I waited for 1440 cause 4070 is intended for 1440p gaming.

In my opinion I wouldn't go much beyond a 6700xt for AMD but on the NVidia side all we have is the 4060ti. Faster cards can work but they get bottlenecked.

Depending on your monitor refresh rate your resolution your RAM and your gpu and the games u play. In some games theres more bottleneck in others there's less. In 1080p some games bottleneck doesn't mean shit. For example in cs2 If your cpu can't go above 400fps while lows are above 240 on your refresh rate 240hz u don't give a damn about bottleneck. On 1440p thing change and u can go above 1-2 price points and u won't feel much bottleneck.

Depends on the resolution, for 1440p something up to an rx 6800 or rtx 3070 ti would probably be fine, for 1080p, an rx 6700xt or a rtx 3060 ti

You can run a 4090 if you want. You just won't max out the gpu usage at 1080p. You can run any resolution with this chip cause the higher the resolution, the more gpu dependent it becomes.
