Rufus Boss Battle - Hard Mode - Final Fantasy VII Rebirth 

This is video only showing one of the hardest boss battles in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth's Hard Mode.
Rufus will counter any physical attack against him and only has few gaps in his attack patterns for Cloud to exploit.
This battle is based on my own build without reference to any other builds out there where I equip Cloud with Thunder Materia with MP Absorption, HP Absorption, Magnify and Magic Focus. There is no space for Swiftcast in this build.
This fight shows how even a novice can beat Rufus on Hard Mode, despite all the imperfect inputs.
