The magnificent Church of the Ascension, on Manhattan's lower Fifth Avenue, was a breathtaking backdrop for Rufus Wainwright's taping of an upcoming episode of PBS's Live from the Artists Den. It's not a Catholic church. It's an Episcopal (Anglican) church.

Ummm who are these bumps on a stump trying to do baDrama? It's NOT a Catholic Church chumps! So get over it. The Church of the Ascension is an INCLUSIVE Episcopal place of worship. Good God, PLEASE just consider a search of some kind before you post....
