great workout - doing it while I can't make it to training but what do you do if you can't do a press up? You offer it as the alternative a lot but I can't do one (even on my knees)- is there a good alternative?

I'm not being rude, but why does it say 30 minutes on the title, if the video lasts for 37 minutes and 24 seconds?

You could watch the first 30 minutes, but arguably the last 7 minutes really ties the plot together, so you would be missing out.
