Right now it is these quick workouts that are keeping me going. Between Paramedic School, Studying, and Work time is a precious commodity. I have come to terms I will gain some weight. But these help keep it minimal.

Ive neen combines some of your easy and advanced options so like ill do a burpee long jumping vs half burpree or squat jumps or long jumps

Can you provide some tips to runnin the winter when its raining snowing and really cold clothing brands etc i run really hot so i cant just layer up

Any advice for running in the high winds or high elevations like at ft carson my 2 miles in Benning is 1330 at carson its 1430 and when it's windy I can't breathe

Since i started yoir 6 Week runs program i just finshed week 2 and i used to run 10-15 miles a week before now im avarage almsot 20 not included sprijts and my calves have beeen killing me any tips?

I always do my workouts before my runs because after im all sweaty and everything I don't want to come inside and get hotter and more uncomfortable

Two smaller tires, a sleeping hippo or rhino. Possibly even a small vehicle like a fiat 500

How often do you suggest running for women who want to prepare for the stuff coming? Currently running 12km in an hour and 5 minutes. I can do the 6 in 28 min . I need to lean into more lifting I think because chances are women and men are going to be drafted in next 20 years ? Or is it all going to be remote controlled drones and sort of an issue of low access to meats. Poor kangaroos here are going to how we survive I guess.

Thought same thing. I just try to remember there was time when 12min was my easy and now 9:45-10min. We just gotta keep going right?
