I added copper washers between that fitting and turbo so I can’t overtight it which is pretty easy. Same with the water lines

What's the increase in oil capacity if any? Like 4.6 quarts to what?

I went to the hardware store and got a T fitting but couldn't get it to thread the block. Oil sensor threads easily into it but won't thread the block. Did you use flare fittings to thread the block?

I have the exact same element and plan on going a similar route as soon as I can find a new daily. Can't wait for more of this series, you're doing great.
