A wet compression test and a dry compression test and a leak down test will reveal all regarding condition not to mention an inspection with the valve covers off

I inspected without valve covers. I actually am not really sure how to do compression tests properly, it's something I will learn soon. I just turned her over by hand, replaced what needed to be replaced and then turned the key! - Jonno

Good job boys. I like the stand it's great, but in my opinion if it could be much smaller to take up less room in a home garage would be better. Do you guys make the stands or just bought it? Good on you for posting the video.

The frame is about 1.6m long by 1m wide. It's a fine line between people thinking that the stand is too small and flimsy to suit their 900hp monster and too big that it will take up a heap of space. I think we have got it about right but happy to look at the sizing in the future. We manufacture the stand ourselves in our manufacturing division and sell it through our retail store being Oz General Store. Probably cause it’s only a 302 not a 351

Not sure why I said that honestly. I must be thinking that the 351 is the bigger brother. We just turn on the camera and go...this was one take because we hadn't started the motor before, whatever happens, happens! Cheers Jonno
